I rented this apartement due to Luxury amenities and working professionals renting apartments who care about respecting their community and their homes. I am paralyzed/wheelchair and have to update my review. There are several safety concerns. I am working with local police. Thank you!

i dont live there but could yall please move the sign by spencer rd , when me and others are trying to turn left from northstar rd we cant see incoming traffic from the right side. Makes it super hard to see specially since most of us have low vehicles. Thanks in advance!

Our move in was really bad, however the office was very quick to fix everything. Property is well maintained as well as the gates do work. We haven’t seen any pests in unit. Shopping is nearby 3 minute drive to everything.

Blew up my email over trying to get me to lease an apartment with them all within 5 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.
