When I first moved in I was a bit worried because there were bugs but Tracy, the leasing manager is amazing. She is very responsive. Anytime I’ve got a concern she handles it in a very timely manner. My microwave had a problem, I got a new one the next day, my washer had a problem on a Sunday and a tech came out the following Monday. The complex is older and as to be expected knowing that but with such a great leasing manager we renewed our lease. The community is very quiet and friendly, I worried that being so close to UNT would make it party central but I have not had a single noise problem and I have two young kids so that is a huge priority for me. Parking is great for residents but guests do have to park on the side streets which can sometimes be problematic but really not often at all as there are two very close side streets and I would prefer not having an issue parking as a resident than having a bunch of guests filling up the parking spots so it is understandable. I would definitely recommend Eagles Landing to friends and in fact have.

I just moved into Eagles Landing Condominiums and everything was very clean when I arrived. Whenever I had a question or a small issue, it was taken care of promptly. My experience so far has been very pleasant. Special thanks to Tracy at Adami Realty for her help and support!

I have been at Eagles Landing for 3 years now and have truly enjoyed it. Tracy and her team have been amazing. She is very helpful and understanding. I have called on weekends and nights and she is always quick to help. When I need maintenance they are quick to help. I have never had to way more than 24 hours. No matter how big or small the issue they jump on it quickly. When I first moved out here from California, Tracy was very helpful in getting me situated and acclimated with my new town. I would highly recommend Tracy and her team. They have been nothing short of amazing!

There was mold growing everywhere and their fix was to spray paint over it. I wondered why I kept getting sick. they are trying to charge 100$ for the throw-away parking stickers. Don't move here because you are likely to get sick and see cockroaches. You can only keep one car here despite the number of spaces. Stuff regularly falls apart and every tiny thing will be charged to you. The management don't care about their tenants, they just want to extract as much money out of you as they can.

(I rarely write a bad review ugh) Well here goes... don't live here. 1. You will have a super intimate understanding of what the people who live above you are doing 2. Mold. 3. Caulk literally disintegrated on the "new renovations" that large cockroaches love to climb out of to greet you. 4. Maintenence cuts corners 5. In general they are quite angry, unhappy people 6. I have yet to see Tracy approach an issue with a positive attitude. It is like a toddler is powertripping. 7. Maintenence here is dishonest. They will choose the most expensive option and take most of that money for a simple fix. They will also opt for an expensive fix instead of shopping around for a best option. I paid 300 dollars for a microwave handle. 8. I took the lease to the UNT legal office. They said they've dealt with these people multiple times and that if the "dirty dozen" existed, these people were it. I believe the lease here is predatory according to a lawyer I spoke to and I do intend to submit a formal complaint about it. 9. They have essentially the moral compass of payday loan people, just stay away. 10. Anyone visiting can have their car towed. They don't give you any kind of visitor pass and don't care to offer anything of the sort. And towing companies check often. 11. I have more to say but I don't want to get sued for libel.
