I want to appreciate the maintenance team for their transparency and timely work on my bathtub. I moved in this January, and the paint was peeling-I didn’t think of it as a big deal. After submitting a request last week, the technician came promptly, explained he couldn’t fully fix it, and called his supervisor in front of me. In less than three days, the team returned and successfully repaired it. I’m impressed by their professionalism and efficiency.

Just had a tour a few days ago and oh my god. Literally the best apartments I’ve seen in the area. The prices are reasonable and with the added amenities makes it all the more worth it. The CA’s are amazing and the marketing girl was just fantastic. I felt so comfortable and right at home with just a few conversations. I will definitely be signing a lease.

The apartment complex itself has been wonderful, and a lot of the staff have been helpful, but management, more specifically, the manager has not been as such. I've dealt with some not so helpful responses, a lot of my friends have been ignored, and it's very unfair how they treat certain people. Overall, The apartment is wonderful, but the manager has some things she has to address, otherwise, I'll leave, and so will many others.

Manager Keara is unhelpful, rude, and very dismissive. Multiple people have complained about her. The apartments have a fly and wasp problem and when work orders were placed they were immediately dismissed. People pay different amounts for the exact same complex. I pay $200 more for the same 3x3 unit as someone else. If you’re a low-income student please stay away because they will not accommodate you. The apartments itself are nice but with this type of management, it’s not worth it.

I lived at 2 different apartments in this complex. I had a good experience for the majority of the time. My first apartment had a roach and cricket problem, but I didn't see a single roach in the second and maintenance was generally responsive to work orders, despite being frequently loud and disruptive around the complex. However, the main problems I had were when transferring apartments and moving out. If you decide to live here, be extremely careful when moving out, because they will take every opportunity they can find to take money from you. A few minutes late turning your key in? 200 dollar fine. A small hole in a couch's pleather? 1000 dollars to replace it. When I have had problems that only office management could help with, it was incredibly difficult to get in contact with them. In one instance, it took several months of calling, emailing, and visiting the office in person (being told each time that they would get back to me) before I was finally able to get a response from someone who could actually help. I think it's entirely possible to have a good experience living at Uptown. However, they certainly don't make it easy, especially when you're moving out.
