This place is the worst place. My son had to rent a appartment because he was attending school at farris. 8 months ago my son transferred schools so we no longer needed that appartment. We were still in the lease so I have just been paying it. I have called and emailed many times. Literally they do not answer the phones they put a AI answering assistant in place and it gets you nowhere. Emails have been sent many times using the app and directly to their email online. I would avoid this company at all cost if you can. I have received fines for noise and my son has not been there again for the last 8 months. If I could give them a negative rating I would. If this is your only option keep looking. This is for the apartments not the cottages so I can not speak for that only the apartments but if it's the same management I would assume it's the same.

The staff at College Creek Communities are Absolutely Amazing! They are very professional and genuine about creating a Great experience doing your search for a new home. The community is well maintained and inviting. Also the maintenance staff and snowplow service were on top of the blizzard type weather at my time of touring. I'm Excited to become a part of their community! I have shared my experience with everyone I've seen.

The whole team was awesome and nice they even bothered to talk and make conversation. Made sure my stuff was done before leaving and never fails to help when we need it. And let’s not forget their speedy service. Thank you!!

I just moved in August, and love living here. The new managers are super nice and helpful. They have at least one resident event a week which is really nice and fun. My maintenance requests always get done super fast to.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Campus Creek Homes! The location is super convenient—being so close to Ferris State makes getting to class easy. The units are spacious, well-kept, and having my own bedroom and sharing a bathroom makes it feel really comfortable and private. The amenities are definitely a highlight: the fitness center, basketball and volleyball courts, and study spaces make it easy to balance school and fun. I’ve also really enjoyed the community atmosphere, it feels social but not overwhelming. Management has been helpful whenever I’ve had questions, and overall I feel safe and supported living here. If you’re a student looking for housing in Big Rapids, I would 100% recommend Campus Creek. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and community.
