The customer service started out fairly well and turned into unanswered phone calls, unable to get in contact with the company or leasing manager. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Loved the tour and the homes are gorgeous.

Scheduled a self tour for these buildings for today, Sunday February 22nd. We booked it two days ago, and we got the email with a confirmation saying as such for Sunday at 11:00 AM. We then woke up this morning to another confirmation letting us know at 9:00 AM on Sunday that it would start in two hours at 11:00 AM. Perfect! Then, the issue begins... We get there 20 minutes early, still no follow up text or email. We call the number provided and we get a voicemail. We text the number provided, no response. We also emailed, again no response. I am unsure what happened, but letting potential residents drive all the way out with nothing to show is a bit unprofessional to say the least. It is currently 11:30 AM and still no follow up email, text, or phone call.. and their system says out appointment was still confirmed. Overall, best to talk to a human agent rather than rely on their systems. If this is how their systems are though, it makes me wonder how bad it will be if we became a resident. I would stay away.

We are about to move into our duplex at Audra Townhomes and so far the experience has been very good. The property is in very good condition and seems comfortable for everyday living. We like having a one-car garage plus space to park two more cars outside, which is very convenient. The community feels quiet and well maintained, and the location works well for daily needs. The leasing process has been smooth and professional. We would also like to thank Miss Nelly and Miss Toya for the excellent attention. They do a great job. Blessings to both of you. Overall, we feel confident about our decision to move here.

We’ve had ongoing problems since the day we moved in. The dishwasher was broken on move-in day, and maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed — if they’re handled at all. Despite paying for pest control, no one ever shows up to spray. The biggest issue has been with our rent. It has been listed incorrectly multiple times, and this month it was over $1,000 higher than it should have been. Even after going to the office and being told it would be corrected, nothing was done. Instead, they placed an eviction notice on our door for not paying an amount we didn’t actually owe. The phone number listed online is completely useless — no one ever answers, and communication with management is almost impossible. Everything here feels disorganized and careless. We’re not even halfway through our lease, and we’ve already experienced more problems than we ever expected. Unless there’s a serious change in management and how this property is run, I strongly recommend not renting here. Save yourself the stress.
