I really like it here! I already renewed my lease for next year! It’s really close to UNT and omg I love the pool when it’s warm out! I totally recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay.

My favorite apartment that I’ve toured this Spring. The tour and amenities shown were wonderful. The information provided was straightforward, no hidden fees. I’m excited to live here next school year :)

I only stayed a couple of months but the apartment I moved into was pretty dirty and the neighbors were always smoking weed. And whenever I move out I returned my keys and they still charged me $275 for not returning the keys even though I gave it to them and showed them proof. Tired reaching out to dispute the charge and talk to them but they just ghosted me and have yet to get back to me and this was well over a month ago.

I’m currently staying here for my second year, and it’s been a great experience overall - especially as a college student. The apartment is very nice and extremely convenient for campus life. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever there’s an issue. One of the biggest advantages is transportation. There are three bus routes that go directly to the UNT campus, which makes getting to class easy - especially during the first few weeks of the semester when campus parking is difficult to find. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live for college. I also met my roommates here, and we’ve become really good friends, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend it to students looking for a solid off-campus living option next to campus.

‼️**ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE A STAR IS NEEDED TO MAKE A REVIEW, BUT I’D GIVE THIS PLACE -0.00 STARS.***‼️ Oh God, where to begin. I’m a former resident here, and if there’s one thing I would have done differently, it’s never signing a lease at this place. This is the second or third time this apartment complex has changed its name because of its terrible reputation. There are so many issues, but I’ll keep it brief and get straight to the point. First, the roach problem is insane. When we first moved in, we repeatedly submitted maintenance requests, but they kept claiming someone had already come, even though nothing was ever fixed. We eventually had to tape over most of the kitchen outlets because that’s where we constantly saw them coming out. Next, we had AC issues for four months. Once again, maintenance claimed it had been repaired when it clearly hadn’t. Finally, after move-out, they charged me $100 for a metal key and key fob, even though I returned both to the office on move-out day. When I tried to dispute the charge, the accounts manager ignored me and sent the balance straight to collections. Long story short: DO NOT sign a lease here. The staff is mostly college students who clearly aren’t trained to handle situations like this. Overall, a terrible place to live.
