So appreciative of the Arbors at Denton. I’ve had friends stay here and appreciate their time here, but experiencing it first hand was amazing. Monica & Teddy were so helpful, they made all the difference in my experience. They have an amazing clubhouse as well! Got to use the space for an engagement party and it was beautiful!

The Arbors is an amazing place to stay! Teddy and Monica were so amazing and helpful and even allowed us to use their amenities for my engagement party!! How grateful I am for their kindness and attentiveness, you can really tell they care about their residents! Maintenance also moves quickly.

Living at the Arbors of Denton has been an absolute blast! This community truly knows how to make residents feel at home while also keeping things fun and engaging. There are always resident events going on, and they do an amazing job bringing everyone together with a wide variety of activities and community gatherings throughout the year. There’s always something to look forward to, which makes living here feel more like being part of a neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex. One of the best parts of living here is the office staff. Don is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, and the rest of the office team is just as amazing. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels supported and appreciated.

He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. David was very responsive and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right place. I’ve been living at The Arbors for about 3 years now with my beautiful roommate and there’s a reason we haven’t moved! I love the community and the people who run the leasing office. The events are always so much fun and it’s right on the bus route and even in walking distance to campus. I don’t have a dog but do enjoy the gigantic dog park they have as well. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a fun, inclusive community.
