Woodridge Apartments

Woodridge Apartments are very nice and decent. Ms Tina, the assistant manager is was very friendly and explained the apartment contract very well with details. I highly recommend these apartments. The entire staff are friendly and professional.

Stay far away from here. They charge you for everything your music too loud $100 fine. You go out the wrong gate $100 fine. You smoke in your house $100 fine. The list goes on. When you move out please make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING. I turned in my keys and cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and they are stating that I didn’t turn in my keys in which I have in text message proof that I did and they are saying I didn’t clean my apartment in which I stayed late at night to clean. When asked if they could forward the pictures of the dirty apartment the manager Cindy gives me an excuse that they can’t they are having issues with their tablet. Yeah ok. They are money hungry. If you have anything valuable don’t come here. My car was stolen from her 2 days before Christmas last year and that could’ve been prevented if they had working gates.

I genuinely appreciate Mrs. Tina for working with me. She is an exceptional woman. Whenever there’s an issue, she consistently pushes me to improve. I truly value her greatly. 🩵

I’ve been a tenant since August of 2020 and just renewed my lease for another year. If you’re looking for a place where all issues are taken serious and quickly repaired , this is the place to live at. The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful, very quick to resolve issues (Cindy, Tina & Amanda). I’ve never had any issues with rodents or roaches. They are strict with fines and I’m happy with that because it keeps the property looking clean and upright. I definitely recommend my apartment to friends and family looking for a place to live.

TERRIBLE! Roaches EVERYWHERE . I stayed here Sept 22 through Dec 23 and counted the days until my lease was up! Starting with the management Cindy, she’s a hustler and scammer, trying to pinch every penny she can from tenants. That lady runs that office and complex with an iron fist and poor Ms. Tina just runs behind her like a sad puppy dog, enforcing her ridiculous rules. Inside of the apartments are run down and worn out, desperately in need of renovations . The unit wasn’t even move in ready or clean when I first got in, I had to go in and bomb, sanitize and clean the unit before moving my things and children in . The trash was ALWAYS overflowing out of the garbage spilling onto the sidewalk. Not to mention, don’t bother being comfortable there and calling it a home because your children aren’t allowed to play outside, the pool is always out of commission and the maintenance of the groundskeeping is nasty ! I left my apartment completely empty when I moved out and Cindy of course in her greedy fashion sends me an invoice for apartment upkeep that they’d naturally have to update when a tenant moves out anyway to prepare for the next !
