Nate at the Windsor fitzhugh offices was very helpful and patient!

Do NOT move here. Camera's do not work, cars being stolen and broken into daily. Management not helpful with the situation. Our daughter's car was stolen once, next car broken into, roommate's' cars all broken into multiple times and this has all been within 6 month time period. Management claims they will get cameras working but have not. Have talked to multiple tenants that have lived there over the years and have had the same problem.

I absolutely love this community! If I weren’t moving out of state, I would definitely be staying. They keep the property clean, maintenance is very prompt, the assistant manager is amazing. The only thing I will say is the front office really does need two people working during the week. If there’s only one person up there and they’re helping someone it’s gonna take at least 15 minutes for them to even scratch the surface with you and there has been a couple times where I’ve been waiting for longer than 10 minutes and as soon as I ask for help, I’m kind of brushed off whenever the customer service was previously just so warm. Otherwise, management, property, and maintenance gets a 10/10 from me!

I tried to be as fair as possible while living here, but after moving out, I would not recommend any Windsor community. I lived here for three years and originally planned to stay longer—until my final year changed everything. My apartment was physically broken into by someone who walked in from the street due to multiple unsecured entrance doors (this was also an issue for other units). Management’s solution was offering a free Ring camera, which did not address the actual safety problem. At renewal, they still attempted to raise my rent and later framed a $2 increase as a “generous” offer, which felt completely out of touch given the situation. After moving out, even though I paid the TIDY cleaning fee, I’m now being charged to regrout the shower. A properly built shower that was regularly cleaned should not require regrouting beyond normal wear and tear. Please don’t reply asking me to reach out—I already have, and it’s clear that Windsor does not want to resolve any move out charges.

I’ve loved every second of living here at WF. The leasing team (specifically Kenya) has been great my entire tenure of living here. They were able to make my lease renewal very seamless and were willing to help me with different options on renewing. The amenities are fantastic and the location is prime if you are living in Dallas. Would highly recommend living here to anyone who’s is thinking about it!
