I have been in my apartment for about 7 months and I'm very happy with the staff and maintenance. Maintenance come out when need to ASAP I LOVE THAT. Staff ways have an answer for a question. The area is nice and quiet and they keep the trash cans empty.

I’ve lived here for 4 years, and while there are some positives like the location, my experience with maintenance—especially recently—has been extremely disappointing. The attached photo shows the current condition of my patio ceiling. There is clear water damage, staining, and what appears to be mold and deterioration that has been left unresolved for far too long. I’ve reported this issue multiple times, but it has not been properly addressed. As a long-term resident, it’s frustrating to see concerns like this go without real follow-through, especially when it impacts the safety and livability of the space. At this point, it feels like maintenance requests are acknowledged but not truly resolved. I would expect much better upkeep and accountability from management after 4 years of living here.

As it being my first time, renting an apartment on my own I am living very comfortable here!! Stephanie is my go to person as she helps me with any questions or concerns right away !!! She would definitely help any way as possible!!! I have been here a few months and I am loving it!!
