When I first moved in November of 2024 I moved into a roach infested unit. I reached out to the leasing office time and time again about this issue only to be told I will be added to the list for pest control to come out. Every night at the beginning I was sleeping with all my lights on, if I even got sleep. I was constantly cleaning and without fail every time I got home I was killing an ungodly amount of roaches. Maintenance is decent, I did not have any issues really up until August of 2025. All of my air vents had visible mold growth & it was growing onto the walls/ceilings that the air vents were on. I put a request in early morning on Aug 18th to which I hoped they could come out that day to take a look to assess, which they did not. I went to the leasing office that evening & was told “our maintenance team is off saturday and sunday so their mondays are very busy and they go by priority”. It was a very dismissive response from the leasing agent & I got told they have a whole process for this when I mentioned some concerns. Makes me think this is very normal for them. The air vents themselves were changed, the maintenance team left a huge mess on my floor & stove top, and did not take care of what was around the vents (so i’m not 100% sure they took care of the ducts either). I did submit another work order because of this & it got marked as done, however the day it happened I was out of my apartment for 20 mins & there was absolutely no change, so I believe they marked it as done without actually doing anything. I then came home from work very late one night to my furniture and belongings moved to which I knew someone had been in my apartment. There was a very potent smell as well as another mess all over my floor, kitchen cabinets, stove top, & walls, so I figured someone had finally come to clean the actual ducts where the mold was. However, there being no notice to when they would be coming to clean the ducts and I come home freaked out that someone was in my apartment was not the best way to go about that. Gates are constantly broken & doors that require a key fob to enter into are left open with a rock, so anybody can have access to the complex. There is also limited visitor parking and residents will park in the visitor areas taking up those spots. Package pickup app barely works. I also walked in to find my mailbox lock broken and whenever you go to the leasing office to get help with anything the leasing agents seem annoyed. I would not ever live here again and was counting down the days until I moved out.

Living here has been a great experience, and the management team genuinely cares about the residents. During the snowstorm, Jazmín, the leasing agent, was holding things down on her own and did an incredible job. Even with everything going on, she stayed positive, helpful, and attentive to everyone who came in. It really meant a lot to see that level of dedication and care. Jazmín truly went above and beyond, and it makes living here even better.

The unit we were shown was very nice but the one we moved into is far from nice. Floor and cabinets are peeling- baby roaches have been reported but no pest control yet. Very disappointed in this property and what management allows to go on here! My walls are vibrating at 5 am every morning due to someone’s music that is turned up way too loud!!

I absolutely love living at VV&M Apartments. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing but positive. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and truly feels like home. The management team here is outstanding, and Jazmin in the leasing office deserves special recognition. She is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. From move-in to everyday questions, she’s always been responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find someone who makes the leasing process feel so smooth and stress-free. Maintenance is another huge plus — quick, efficient, and dependable. Any request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly, and the team always does a great job. Overall, VV&M stands out because of how well it’s run and how valued residents feel. Between the strong management, fast maintenance, and supportive staff, I couldn’t ask for a better place to live. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place they’ll truly enjoy calling home.
