If I could give 0 stars I would, last week I called to schedule a appointment to lease but someone named Sonia answered the phone very rudely saying she would have to see she told me to come at 4:30 I took the time to leave work early for the office to be closed when she told me to come at 4:30 I waited till 5;00pm but was never opened up again. When I came the next day she Sonia was very rude because she said they were having lunch and I interrupted them never coming again Please save your time going to apply there

Thinking about moving here? Here's your answer: don't. As soon as we moved in I kid you not even the front door was messed up and felt like it would break trying to close it. It takes multiple attempts to even close it. Like trying to wrestle a wooden door. Because essentially that's what you're doing in order to close it. Secondly, roaches, roaches, ROACHES. Right when we moved in we were greeted by a happy thriving town of roaches welcoming our stay. Cute but no thanks. Roaches literally in almost every corner, not an exaggeration. The paint in the apartment is horrid, counters have chipped paint, walls have chipped paint, cabinets have chipped paint, did they even bother painting over it? Probably not, and if they did then they must've hired a blind person. Moving in, the apartment wasn't even ready whenever we thought it'd be. Why? Because the lady at the front desk was "too embarrassed to tell us".. what? You were too embarrassed to say anything? Also for some reason at the stairs the lights were nailed in weirdly, one is right side up and one is faced down, probably just a weird design. Another weird design I found is that the first floor restroom door doesn't like to close. You have to fight it in order to claim privacy. Some pieces of the wooden floor were gone as well in the bathroom. Overall? This place is a MESS. If you're planning on moving here. you have 2 best options. 1: don't. 2: DON'T (but with capitalized letters)
