We had such a great experience touring Uniti with Jonathan. From the moment we arrived, he was warm, personable, and incredibly professional. He walked us through everything with confidence and care, making sure we understood all the details without ever feeling rushed. His energy truly stands out — knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely kind. He made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.

Beautiful complex, and management love her so much (Nancy). She will do anything to help and etc. Maintenance (Marcus) is super good at what he do. I love my apartment so much. Cozy, quiet, and the most peace I’ve ever had. When my lease is up I am renewing. Everything is in the area, and walking distance. 10/10 I recommend ♥️

Started looking at these apartments early in the year and Marissa gave me the tour. Tour was very detailed and didn't feel rushed at all & I was even given ideas on what my life would look like living here which really did sell me. The move in process was a little delayed in some aspects but I was able to be moved in on my desired date. I work during their work hours but they've answered all the questions I've had through email which is something I really do appreciate. Jonathan has also been helpful throughout the process and any time any other employee is around they talk to me. Neighbors are also very nice and friendly.

I love it! They gave me a great deal on a short-term lease. Furnished studio. It’s perfect for remote work because of all the common areas, shared spaces. I don’t even need a car because I can walk to the grocery store and meet my friends on Bishop Ave. There are yoga studios, gyms, coffee shops, and restaurants all within a few blocks. It feels like NYC level walkability, the best I’ve found in Dallas. The public transit is good here and the neighborhood feels safe, even at night. The apt has great soundproofing. I rarely hear my neighbors. Nancy, the office manager, is always very helpful. My apt was getting hot in the summer and the maintenance staff took care of it quickly. I’d definitely live here again.

With Uniti being my first apartment, Ms. Nancy was a huge help. She answered every question I had from rent payments, home remedies, and even coffee shops in the area. Even though my stay was short, I definitely enjoyed Uniti bishop arts. I recommend this apartment to people looking for modern living!
