Trinity Loft

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have truly enjoyed my experience. The staff is awesome and everyone (and their dog) is on a first name basis! I have not had many issues with my unit or appliances, but anytime I’ve submitted a work order the work is done immediately. This is a small community so if you like your privacy but also having friendly neighbors this would be a great choice. I’ve never had any issues with packages, unlike other properties I’ve lived at. This neighborhood is a gem, with tons of shops and restaurants surrounding you, the Katy trail within walking distance, easy access to highways and other fun surrounding neighborhoods as well as a killer skyline view from the rooftop.

I love living here. I moved here from another state, sight unseen, but Alexis was super helpful in getting me detailed videos and a smooth move in process. I’ve been here 8 months and have a sense of safety and community which is important for a new girl on the block!

• I lived in building 5 unit 27 for a year and advise caution when considering this specific unit due to maintenance issues. • The AC was faulty and ineffective, making summer unbearable, while winter was extremely cold despite the fireplace. • The unit has warped walls and floors. • There is a persistent sewage smell both inside and outside the unit. • High energy bills exceeding $350 monthly are expected due to poor insulation and inefficient AC. • The master bedroom is particularly affected by the AC and noise from the adjacent DEC event place, disrupting sleep. • The French doors have poor insulation and weatherproofing. • The shared entry stairway was infrequently cleaned. • The Dragon St entry gate is frequently broken, causing noise and security concerns, with DEC patrons often loitering on the property. • I believe the unit is not worth the $3k+ monthly rent and suggests finding better accommodations. This area in Dallas has better options to consider over trinity. They would send maintenance but we never had adequate solutions to problems we experienced. The photos attached give mores detail on this unit. Update. Received a charge for electricity past the dates I didn't live there. No accountability or information given regarding this charge. No way to follow-up besides calling again to make sure they've done they're job correctly. DO NOT LEASE HERE. THEY ALWAYS HAVE EXCUSES!!!

Trinity Loft is a great complex. It's all about location, location, location! As a realtor, this has it all for someone wanting to move to the heart of Dallas, being in the design district, but also tucked away to be able to survey the city at a distance if they so choose. Don't even get me started on the views from the rooftop deck! The staff feels like home and truly cares. Any one of the staff will help and are dedicated to ensure your ideal kind of living is to your standards. Assistant property manager Alexis (Lexi) will ensure you are set up and taken care of like family!

Trinity Loft is fantastic! I moved my Business here about one year ago. The building has a beautiful modern flare and is well maintained. The support staff are always very helpful. Shameka, the manager has been a delight to work with. I also have an appartment here and it's amazingly quite, comfortable and feels like home. The atrium and rooftop lounges are FABULOUS!
