1st impressions are everything and this place left much to be desired. We happened to pass by this place while looking for an apartment and decided to stop in. Office was open, but no agent inside to assist. We waited, assuming maybe they were in the restroom. 15 minutes later we decided to leave as no one had showed up. Based on the pictures online I really wanted to tour so I made it a point to come back later in the afternoon. When I came back later it was another repeat of waiting around 15 minutes for someone to show up. Mind you, the agent left the office door unlocked and her laptop open & unsecured, which is big no no for data security. Finally someone showed up, all for her to say they don’t do walk in appointments on Saturday’s. Wasted 30 minutes of my time on this place. If you’re on a tour with other potential residents you should put the “out on property” sign you have up on the door accordingly. Would also be nice to have a sign that states that you do not take walk in tours.

I’ve had a great experience with Katrena Harry at Town Homes of Bentree. She’s professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly and made the process smooth and stress-free. Thank you for everything.

While I am still deciding on where I’d like to live, the leasing agent Kenneisha Naber went above and beyond to provide me with everything I needed. From the golf cart ☺️ to the her knowledge of the floor plans. Neighborhood seems nice and quiet for a place that sit near a main road.

I have lived here coming up on 2 1/2 years. I was here during my place being renovated and updated and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys have been very helpful and outgoing. They have gone above and beyond to fix any problems that I may have. My only complaint is that sometimes it takes a long time to actually hear from the front desk as to what’s going on. I’ve heard thats something that they are working on, but I have yet to see that without being the one to pester them. As for my living space, I love that I have a pull in garage and feel safe in a gated complex. My place feels very open and airy with the vaulted ceilings and lots of windows. I’m very happy to live here and all my neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly. :)

DONT LIVE HERE they have very poor communication and the apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in we have had to put in 23 maintenance orders in and half of them don’t even complete them completely. Our washer wasn’t working for a whole month and we had the run around with the updates on it. didn’t have an exhaust fan in the guest bathroom, and not cover in the hallway light, also had scruffs on the toilet seat like someone was doing tricks on it. They put that they ordered parts and then don’t update and actually come fix it when the parts come. WIFI is very inconsistent. just overall bad with the price that you’re paying it’s not worth it.
