I would like to start by thanking Assistant Manager Yara Lopez for following up and giving us a better understanding of the customer experience we originally had with the leasing consultant. If it wasn’t for her dedication, follow-up, and commitment to ensuring that Tides had the right team in place to address and resolve the situation, our experience may have been very different. Yara took the time to listen, communicate, and make sure our concerns were handled professionally. Her efforts greatly improved our overall experience and restored our confidence in the community. If I could give Tides more than 100 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Yara, for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

Let’s just say this place is full of rats, cockroaches, and lizards. No one seems to know what they are doing. There is no security, and they do not care about residents’ safety. The gate is open 24/7. I witnessed a car break-in and a homeless person sleeping in the laundry area. There is mold, and the playground is broken. The management is very unprofessional. The only reason they seem okay with these conditions is because this is apparently how they take care of their own homes. My uncle is a judge, and I think it’s time someone did something about this place. I do not live here, but my friends complain about it to me constantly, and I finally came to see it for myself. I know the car break-ins have recently started, and residents’ private mail is scattered all over the ground. After everything I have witnessed, I am glad to say that I will make sure my uncle comes to take a look at this property.

Don't do it, worst apartments I've ever lived in (6 yrs). Constant pest issues, building interior is extremely old, neighbors are loud and messy. This property is constantly going threw different ownership and thus new staffing every other year if not every year. I am so glad to be leaving this place.

I don't recommend you come live here. My air conditioner has been broken for over 15 or 20 days, and when I go to get it fixed, they say it's not urgent, it's in line. They're the worst, but they're quick to hand out fines. Look for a rental somewhere else.
