Before moving here please think twice especially if you are considering buildings 5, 6, or 7. These buildings are very close to the freeway and the noise is really bad. This was the first problem I faced after moving in. The traffic noise is constant and it can really disturb your sleep. Second, during the winter the apartment gets very cold. It feels like there is poor insulation because even when the heat is on the cold air still comes inside. Another issue is the utilities. Every month the bill is different and I have to keep emailing the office asking for explanations. My last bill was around $150 for utilities even though I was not staying in the apartment for almost a month and barely used anything. That makes no sense to me. Also, the exit gate is almost always open which makes me feel uncomfortable about security. Honestly, I am really thinking about moving out as soon as my lease ends. Just be careful before moving here and make sure you know what you are getting into.

Beside the fact that we haven't had hot water for over a month. Now the exterior lighting is out, seems they can't pay their bills. Homeless problem because of holes in the fence and the abandoned building that burnt down. Pool water is green. Garbage is overflowing. If I could give this place zero stars and just leave the review, I would. Update: The pool is clean, we finally have hot water, there's now a private security company that patrols. Still no lighting in the common areas. Update: Now there's a bunch of stray cats that attack people and small dogs. The leasing office doesn't really care about it. I don't think they realize the diseases they can carry and how harmful it could be for children and pregnant women.

03/2024 UPDATE: Things have definitely changed after 2-3 years of living here. Under new management. TRASH HAS BEEN PILED UP FOR WEEKS NOW (03/2024) &’ the grass and bushes look a mess. The office doesn’t communicate w the tenants much about what goes on around here either. Office admin aren’t helpful at all. There is someone new in office every other month who seems to not know anything. Less parking with reserved spots you now have to pay for to use. Additional fees and charges that don’t make any sense. This new management company is just full of greed. When I first moved in here I absolutely loved it. Now, not so much. Maintenance is helpful, that is probably the only positive thing about this complex. You can definitely find better.

I was looking for a place to call home and this is where I landed. It’s only been a few days but I’m loving 🥰 my stay. I had to expedite my move in date due to personal issues and the Property manager was more than helpful to squeeze me in . Martha really helped getting things done as well and communicated efficiently.I read the reviews in regards to the parking it’s true kinda tough, first come first serve .So I suggest staying put after hours . My neighbors are quiet.Don’t have any complaints as of yet .Just happy I have a place of my own
