Aggressive Staff, Traumatized Child, and Zero Management Accountability. I have lived at The Willows on Rosemeade for over four years, always paying rent on time and being a peaceful member of this community. After what happened recently, my family no longer feels welcome or safe in our own home due to the shocking, hostile behavior of the office staff, who routinely display terrible attitudes toward residents.My husband and son simply walked directly through the front leasing office door to check if the community pool was open. Despite entering openly, an office employee approached my husband, got directly in his face, and began aggressively accusing him of jumping the fence. My husband and son explicitly identified themselves as residents, but the employee completely ignored them. This hostile harassment continued even though a second employee explicitly spoke up to confirm she witnessed my husband and son walk right through the front door. The office staff completely ignored their own coworker's eyewitness account and our identification to continue a baseless attack against my family without a shred of evidence.This unwarranted aggression happened right in front of my young child, who is now completely traumatized by seeing his father cornered and attacked verbally by staff.A formal email paper trail detailing this incident was sent to the property inbox, and the managers were directly tagged on it over the weekend. As expected, management has completely ignored it and refused to respond to hold their staff accountable. Because this office cannot be trusted to behave professionally, we refuse to have any further face-to-face interactions with anyone inside. We are escalating this directly to Priderock Capital Management corporate leadership to step in, handle our upcoming transactions remotely, and address this hostile environment. Prospective renters beware: they treat loyal residents like criminals.

I’m a neighbor of the property and I’ve been hearing an alarm control panel box beeping every five seconds for the past three weeks now, on building 13 specifically, and I’ve received no response from the property managers or anyone at the front desk about why it’s happening or if they can do anything to change it. It will keep you up at night unless you have something noisy to cover the sound while you sleep. Update: it stopped last night so I removed the post but it’s started up again this morning.

The worst of the worst apartments. I've been calling for days to get my air conditioner fixed because it's been 80 degrees inside the apartment for two weeks, and they send someone who doesn't fix anything. These are the worst apartments in the area. I'd be better off living under a bridge; at least there's no rent. Anyone thinking of moving here should think twice because it's unusable. There's a cockroach infestation because everything is old and rotten. When they remodel, they just give the cabinets a quick coat of paint, and everything is super old. I can't wait to get out of here. I'm not exaggerating. ✋️🚫DON'T RENT IN THESE PIECES OF SHIT🚫✋️

I have been here almost a year! I moved here because it was cheaper and the apartment I toured was very much not the upgraded one they promised me and switched my apartment 3 days before moving date. When I first moved in I had to hire my own exterminator because of the roaches day one! You might as well put them on the lease! I have yet to move furniture in here because of it. They enter your home (don’t care about you having kids or pets) without a notice or permission. Which is very much against my rights. & leave it a MESSS. Confirm your maintenance request without fixing it. Let’s not get started on the raggedy tow company and how they sit and watch ready to tow cars. One of the women that worked in the office name Erica allegedly was stealing peoples money orders and then went off into the sunset as she allegedly was staying across from me and clearly always intoxicated. Allegedly. The only building that’s nice is the one that burnt down and they had to rebuild. Let’s not talk about the STAND OFF that happened over here & FBI was over here in September of 2025. Let’s not get started on the MOLD that has yet to be removed in my bathroom. So I have to keep an humidifier that cleanse my air GOING bc I’m stuck in this lease until May. At first I was like let me just thug it out as I am saving money to buy my townhome and it’s only for one year. Then I just stopped caring I’ve and along this far and today put the icing on the cake. I come home to my sockets removed from the light and my kitchen cabinets WIDE open with no warning what’s so ever of ANYONE coming into my piece of ——— as a home.!!!! I am furious. I am from South Carolina and I have been a victim of home invasion and was immediately triggered as only selected maintenance people don’t even speak the same language as me. Consider your safely before moving here.
