Mary Jane is such a wonderful manager! She’s always so nice, helpful, and genuinely caring with everyone. You can tell she really wants residents to feel comfortable and taken care of. The maintenance team is also amazing

In my few months staying in this apartments I can honestly say it’s been really peaceful and the service that’s giving by the manager and all the staff has been really amazing and are really kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend to looking in to this beautiful apartments.

The apartment staff here are always friendly and professional, and I especially want to recognize our porter. He does an outstanding job keeping the grounds spotless, even on tough windy days. His hard work and attention to detail truly make the community look beautiful and well cared for.

The WAY 111 APARTMENTS ARE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. IT'S BEEN VERY QUIET SINCE I'VE LIVED HERE FOR 17 YEARS.. THE MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT MANAGER ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I GREW UP IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD SINCE 1964 ACROSS THE HYWAY . IF YOU LIKE A QUIET APARTMENT COMPLEX THIS IS THE ONE . THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND TIMELY . I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH KNOLIBLE MAINTENANCE GUYS ANY WHERE IVE LIVED BEFORE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR EVERYTHING. WILLIAM ANDREWS .

We absolutely love living at The Way Apartments! From the very start, Rebecca and her manager MaryJane made the application process easy and welcoming. They helped us find the perfect apartment with beautiful natural lighting and that cozy home feeling we wanted. We love that our rent is affordable and the move in process went so smoothly. They even helped us find great local places to get furniture. I highly recommend checking out this community if you’re looking for a new place to call home!
