The Village Westside

We can’t thank Kyle at Westside enough for making our home feel brand new! As a current resident, I was blown away by Kyle’s efforts to get our apartment ready for my wife to move in. He coordinated a complete refresh—replacing carpets, repainting walls, and tackling a long list of other updates with incredible care and efficiency. Kyle’s communication was top-notch, always quick to respond and crystal clear, which made the whole process stress-free. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile were a true bright spot during the whirlwind of our wedding season. Thank you, Kyle, for your outstanding work and for making our transition so much smoother! Westside is lucky to have you!

Friendly staff and individual garage option. Multiple breaks in's, packages stolen from mailboxes, leaf blowers and construction early AM to late in the evening. And an unexpected, expense bill for carpet replacement upon move out.

I moved into the Westside 3 months ago from a different neighborhood in the Village and have been incredibly disappointed with my time here. They advertised enhanced security due to the neighborhood being gated, except the security is incredibly lacking. The entire time I have been here the mailboxes have been broken, resulting in multiple stolen packages - including neighbors credit cards which have been used by those who stole them. Management only recently sent out their first form of communication about the mailboxes - stating they wont be fixed for another 6 weeks minimum. The gates protecting our neighborhood are consistently open, resulting in multiple car break ins, attempted theft, and suspicious individuals reported. All the while there is no communication from management. Had I not come home to 10 police cars surrounding my apartment building, I wouldn't have known about the suspicious individual lurking behind the buildings. I have been a general Village resident for well over a year now and am incredibly disappointed in the management as a whole. Management is increasing rent prices in order to afford the massive "Amenities" renovations - except none of those "Amenities" are given to Village residences. If our rent is going up to pay for these new restaurants and activities, why do we have to pay full price for them? Overall I am incredibly disappointed with the management of the Village and the Westside neighborhood collectively and call for better communication, enhanced security, and overall improved treatment of residents.

We’ve lived at the Westside since Dec 2022 and enjoyed our experience when we first moved in. However, there has been a drastic uptick in lack of security/safety. Our gates are left open all of the time, we’ve had several break ins/vandalized cars, and our mailboxes have been broken for months. There is a severe lack of communication/action from leasing. It’s so disappointing because other elements of the village are fantastic but this is getting out of control.

I lived at Westside in the Village for 3 years (2014-2017) and absolutely loved it. You can't beat the location and I always felt that the Village as a whole was safe, pretty, and friendly. I loved having all of the green space around. I also felt that the apartment management really cared about residents. Maintenance requests (which were minimal) were always responded to within 24 hours. They were also good about not increasing the cost of rent very much each year (some years my rent stayed the same). This to me was a sign that they really valued current residents. Can't say enough good things about the Village!
