The Village Square

I would like to add the property manager sent the lead maintenance and the assistant manager over who then proceeded to speak in Spanish the entire time they were here. Nothing against them just stating the facts. They again turned the dishwasher on and had my apartment smelling awful again. They refuse to fix this issue and many other issues. It’s to the point that work orders are pointless because it will take them weeks to get to you. It’s 100% quicker to just fix things yourself. You can also note the “management” team never responded to my review but has responded to multiple others. Currently live here I put in a work order for my dishwasher that was/is FULL of mold. Mind you this work order was put in in November. Their solution was to spray it down with bleach and run a wash cycle which not only fed the mold but caused rust to develop in the places where the plastic had come off. I reached out to corporate who said they would contact me and never did. I can’t have people over because my dishwasher smells HORRIBLE I can’t use my dishwasher obviously. I’m paying 1450 a MONTH for horrible living conditions. 0/10. If I get a new dishwasher I will gladly remove this review until then it will stay up and I’ll be contacting the BBB.

I really like these apartments! The team here is so friendly and always ready to help with anything you need. Susan, Tyiana, and Yesenia are an amazing group of women who go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy make living here such a great experience. I’m so glad I chose this community.

The customer service at these apartments is excellent. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming, and the neighbors are friendly, which really makes it feel like home. I especially want to highlight Tyiana she’s been incredibly helpful and enthusiastic throughout the entire move in process. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free.

I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment! The building is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team, Ms. Susan is very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. My unit is spacious and modern, with great natural light and quiet neighbors. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
