Living at The Village Apartment in Northbridge has been more than just a lease—it’s been a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is secure, clean, and feels like home. I’ve loved the amenities, especially the top-tier gym, the pool, and the local coffee shop. The leasing staff are incredibly kind and professional, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Leaving this place is bittersweet, as it’s been the backdrop for so many memories. I would absolutely move back here in the future!

Does anyone know how they handle wanting to move to a different apartment in the same complex? I know you have to give 30 day notice but they only hold a new spot for you for 2 weeks? Does that mean you have to pay double rent? I'm confused....

What used to be an amazing place to live has been completely dragged down by unprofessional, schemey, and frankly lazy management. I paid nearly $4,000 to break my lease. Later, I was told I still owed that amount. When I questioned it and asked for clarification, I was told it “wasn’t a glitch.” Convenient. Thank goodness I keep detailed receipt logs, because their accounting is clearly riddled with overcharges and “mistakes” that somehow never benefit the tenant. Ashleigh from accounting was especially unprofessional and rude throughout this process. Dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to acknowledge her mistakes until confronted with receipts. I genuinely hope you never have to deal with her. The Village used to have excellent management. Honorable mention to Ellie, who actually went above and beyond and represented what this place once was. Since the management sold around 2020, the quality has plummeted and is now on par with every other apathetic apartment management company you’d expect (minimal effort, maximum charges). As a side note, management puts little to no effort into addressing the ongoing coyote issue. Walking around the Village, it’s not uncommon to see carcasses of small animals—dead cats, possums, etc. Even worse, removal often doesn’t happen unless you make multiple requests. Between the accounting games, lack of professionalism, and overall decline in care, I can no longer recommend living here. What a shame, considering what this place used to be.

I've been living here for two months now, and after a terrible previous leasing experience, I finally feel like I’m home. The area is truly beautiful. The maintenance team puts a lot of effort into keeping everything in great shape—every tree is carefully trimmed, and the walkways are always clean. The amenities are fantastic. There are so many restaurants, gyms, and activities available that it’s almost overwhelming. I haven’t had the time to try everything yet, which is the only 'problem' I’ve had so far, haha. The leasing office is very responsive and always willing to help. Special thanks to Sarah for handling all my requests quickly and efficiently. As for parking, I’ve never had any major issues. Sure, if you come home after 11 p.m., it might be hard to find a spot right by your door (I’ve only had this happen once in two months), but there are always spaces available a little further from the gate or near the leasing office. Overall, this has been my best leasing experience yet, and it feels like a dream. I hope my opinion doesn’t change. I really want to believe that my relationships with this place will take a long time!

Northbridge has no moral compass. The property is over built with a lack of parking daily for the residents who live here. Unless you’re prepared to pay for covered parking spot, which there are none available when you get home from work, you will drive around aimlessly, looking for a spot and it won’t be near your apartment . People park in handicap spots for days at a time with no consequences other than a sticker on the window to move. This is illegal and immoral. If you’re thinking of a property to move to think of somewhere else. Coyotes and snakes regularly roam the property as the complex was built in the middle of a nature habitat. Trash compactors right in the middle of the complex is it any wonder the coyotes wander looking for food? If you have any pets, be aware. Management will do little or nothing. They will tell you to call the city.
