Hello everybody. My name is Julio, in 2017 I traveled from California to Dallas for work and I rented an apartment at Village Chase. My experience was extraordinary in terms of price and comfort. I lived in Village Chase from 2017 to 2019 and my family life in that place was exceptional and wonderful. The staff was always friendly and accomodating, providing excellent quality of attention. there was plenty of parking, and whenever I had an issue it was resolved quickly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment in Dallas Texas. Believe me I came from California and I know what I'm talking about. Today I have my own house, which for me is a blessing from God, but I want to show my gratitude to Village Chase because I started there during a stressful time due to the move. Thanks Guys. God bless all of you.

My wife and I recently moved into an apartment in the Village Chase neighborhood, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The entire move-in process was seamless, with the leasing office team going above and beyond to ensure everything was ready and stress-free. The neighborhood feels incredibly secure, giving us peace of mind, and it’s evident that the safety of residents is a priority here. The maintenance team is responsive and efficient, quickly addressing any issues that come up, which adds to the comfort of living here. The leasing office staff have been extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and guiding us through every step. It’s been a great experience overall, and we’re thrilled to call Village Chase our place to stay.

Great apartment complex. Have lived here for about 6 months and love it. Neighborhood is great, good location - close to many restaurants and bars. Yes, the unit is a little dated, but the price is great and it was extremely clean when we moved in. All issues we've had have been taken care of by maintenance the same or next day. Having garage access a few minute walk away too is nice to leave a car long term if going out of town.

We just moved out of this apartment and I could not be more excited! I would not recommend staying here. It is extremely run down. I was shocked when we moved in on the first day. The apartment they show for stage is tremendously better kept and looks much nicer the way they have it all done up. While we stayed here our outlets would continue to go out all the time. I get that it's an older unit, but that Is not fair given rent was pretty pricy. You can get a much more modern and updated apartment in Dallas for the same price you will pay for this one. The reviews warned about this and I should have listened. Hot water would also go out all the time, you think that wouldn't be that big of a deal, but it's very annoying. Here are just a couple of the many frustrating things we dealt with in the short year we lived there. I am so happy with my new apartment and glad we got out of there. There is a reason they have a 3.3 stars!

I felt compelled to share my experience living in the Chase for over a year because I'm still shocked at the acceptable standards here for the staff. I'm just blown away that they believe they're providing a safe and habitable home yet force me to breath in moldy air while waiting for my ceiling to collapse. I had a leak in my bathroom for over a month that was "fixed" by duct taping foam over the leaking pipe. Instead of replacing the foam board underneath that was covered in mold, they just left it. I submitted two maintenance requests and I've had multiple phone calls about it, but it's still here. I breath in moldy air everyday because the staff doesn't care. My friends call my apartment the Leaning Tower because, as the pictures will show you, nothing was installed straight. My sink, toilet, blinds, air vent, and light switches are crooked. Not to mention the large crack in the wall that grows bigger everyday that I notated on my move in form, but they haven't even bothered to patch. They didn't even install a junction box in the electrical outlet for my tv so it's just a free floating plug in the wall. Very safe. The carpet had brown spots throughout the apartment the day I moved in and the vinyl flooring in the bathroom was already peeling. No response about getting it patched or replaced. I want everyone to know exactly what you're signing up for when you move into the Chase and that there's a reason why they won't let you see the actual apartment you're signing up for until your move in date.
