The Uptown

Great place and great location. I would like to mention about Alisha in particular from the management team. She is AMAZING and always ready to help. I had some minor issues with my apartment and she promptly got them resolved. I also got accidentally overcharged on a month and she promptly had it reverted.

My friend lives here and the complex put everyone in the Lofts 2 building on a gag order. They get $100 off a month not to post anything about the elevator not working in 5 months. The problem is, they have not been communicating when it will be fixed until last week. They said it would take four months for repairs and wouldn’t give a work start date. Today, the paramedics and police came for a resident needing medical attention and could not get the stretcher up the stairs. They had to somehow carry the person down all those flights of stairs to get them on the stretcher then cross over the pool area to the other building to take the stretcher down. The stairwells are dirty, hallways have a foul oder, package area is a mess, garage gates haven’t worked in 11 months. 8 car broken into in September and the leasing office who rarely responds to emails, quickly sent out an email saying they not not responsible. STAY AWAY!!!!

I recently moved into the Uptown and have had an amazing experience working with Alisha. Her service in particular made me excited to choose this property! I toured over a dozen apartments, and she was by FAR the friendliest and easiest person I worked with. In every interaction we have had, she has gone above and beyond. Alisha is kind, professional, and quick to help - even personally working with me on a weekend while I needed assistance in an emergency. Moving can be so stressful, but having a team of professionals who cares about your wellbeing has made the biggest difference and I’m very grateful!
