I have lived here since 2019, with absolutely no issues. It’s clean, the remodels are beautiful, and so is the property! You can tell the manager really cares and puts effort into making the your living experience here nothing but enjoyable!!

Two stars given because of cleanliness and privacy are actually great, but everything else is a nightmare. There is never someone available to speak with in person. If you text, odds are high it can take over a day to get a reply, if not several days. Have talked with several neighbors about maintenance issues that simply go unfixed no matter how many times they request it. If you, for whatever reason, dare to move out before the end of your lease and break it, even if it's because you can no longer afford rent, you will be HORRIBLY penalized. One month's rent, 85 percent of ANOTHER month's rent, a $100 cleaning fee, and something called a "drip pan" fee. To break my lease, I paid over $2,220. I was told if I waited even 1 extra day to get paid to pay it, it would be sent to collections. It's the holiday season and I already spent over $18k to buy a home- thank goodness I already told loved ones I couldn't afford gifts! Oh and I got told after the fact that the entirety of my $500 deposit was forfeited because of breaking the lease. I didn't have a pet at any point, didn't smoke inside, put any holes in walls, bust any pipes, damage any floors or ceilings, but I got treated like a criminal who owed back rent!

Lived here for many years and they have taken very good care of us!!! Love this apartment complex!!!

In my opinion, these apartments are terrible for these reasons;maintenance is not great. If you live on the bottom floor, you can hear every step the tenants above take. The walls are thin. If someone is in the bathroom in the apartment next to you talking, you can hear every word they are saying. The appliances are old and not the ones pictured here. The ones we had were probably the original appliances put in when the apartments were built in the 1980s. There are alot of arguements from tenants in the parking lot. Alot of people don't pickup their dog poop. They re-did the parking lot and put in speed bumps that were not made correctly. Not good for low cars. Lighting is not good. There are no overhead lights installed in the bedrooms or ceiling fans, so you need lots of lamps.
