The Storey Apartments

Almost had the best of it all with these apartments. They have a nice & accommodating staff, great amenities and very nice people in the community but my car was towed at 2am without warning. I usually would be waking up to go to work that day and taking my child to school but I have the flu. So not only could I not go get the meds I needed I wasn’t even made aware of the situation. To have it towed where you live, always pay rent and it’s registered is unacceptable. They do selective towing and let some people follow rules while others do not have to. Towing the renters that pay to keep the business running is crazy to me. They could at least start with warnings or citations but straight to towing in the middle of the night should be illegal. The parking situation is a mess. I knew it was a matter of time before it would be an issue. They don’t even give you a notification that it was towed. I had to walk up to the office and ask them and they proceed to give a bland email so they don’t have to take accountability. Then had the audacity to send out a reminder email after the fact. Been here 8 months and this is how they treat their renters. Think twice.

I’ve been living here for 3 months and I love this apartment. It is exactly what I wanted, it’s a new build with many open spaces to enjoy and overall I have no complaints

Yesssss!! I’m an upcoming influencer and I absolutely loved the office spaces/private business areas that Kiana showed me — they were so cute! The A2 floor plan she showed me was HUGE and honestly perfect for how I want to set up my apartment. I loooooved Kiana’s energy — she was funny, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I love the location as well. I do want to check out one more property just to be sure (because apartment shopping is hard and I want to choose the perfect unit), but honestly… Kiana almost completely sold me!!! I’m looking to be in something before January 15th. Kiana, you’ll definitely be hearing from me 💕✨

This month has been extremely hectic, as I’ve been helping my daughter apartment shop. She recently toured this apartment community and had the pleasure of working with Kiana. My daughter FaceTimed me during the tour, and the property was absolutely spectacular. Kiana was very knowledgeable, informative, and made the entire experience feel comfortable and reassuring. She truly helped my daughter feel confident in choosing the perfect unit. If it weren’t for the holidays, I would have been there in person to thank Kiana myself. Kiana, thank you so much for taking such great care of my daughter and helping her feel confident in her decision.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far. The location is super convenient, the amenities are really nice, and the apartments are modern and well kept. Everyone in the administration has been very kind and welcoming, which made the move-in process and living here a great experience overall. I also want to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team—especially Tomas and Claudia. They have both been amazing since day one. Always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever something is needed. It really makes a difference having people like them around. Highly appreciate everything they do!
