I lived at the Sinclair for 14 months, and overall my experience was very positive. I want to start with the good, then explain why I’m giving four stars instead of five. First, the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. I always felt comfortable stopping by the leasing office, whether I needed something or was just passing through. The amenities are consistently very clean, and I rarely encountered anything out of order. Maintenance requests were usually handled within a day. My move-in process was smooth thanks to Connie, and the amenities floor is genuinely impressive. It’s spacious, well designed, and never feels crowded. The gym is one of the best I’ve seen in a residential building. Having a 24/7 concierge and a package delivery system also made everyday life easier, especially for a building of this size. That said, there are a few drawbacks. My biggest frustration, which I also shared with the property manager, is that the price does not always align with the luxury branding or overall performance. Elevators are a recurring issue, as they are in many high-rises. Even with six elevators, waits of several minutes were not uncommon, and this was a frequent topic of resident complaints. While the amenities floor itself is excellent, community events are fairly limited. It feels like a missed opportunity, especially since the space would be perfect for hosting larger events. The resident app, Loft Living, is also not very user-friendly, which is noticeable if you rely on it often. Lastly, because of the building’s metal structure, the window frames can make creaking noises during temperature changes. Management explained that this is simply part of how the building is built. Overall, I do recommend the Sinclair. It’s a great place to live with excellent staff and standout amenities, but there is still room for improvement given the price point.

We’ve had a great experience living at The Sinclair and a big reason for that is the staff. Rochelle has been outstanding from day one. She’s gone above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable, everything from parking and securing a storage unit to keeping us in the loop on resident events so we don’t miss out. She’s proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares that residents feel at home. And Kenny in valet deserves a shout-out as well. He’s always smiling, always friendly, and somehow manages to make coming and going feel easier, no small thing in downtown living. It’s clear the people here take pride in what they do, and it makes a real difference. We’re very happy we chose to live here.

I stayed here for 15 months and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff truly sets this property apart. They’re attentive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. A special shoutout to Connie Rodarte, who made my move-in process seamless. She was flexible with my schedule and resolved any issues quickly and efficiently. Her responsiveness and problem-solving made all the difference. I also want to thank Kennith and Fiord for always ensuring my guests felt welcome. It’s the little things like that which make a place feel like home. Highly recommend!

Jesse and Rochelle were absolutely wonderful to my husband and me. They were kind, patient, and thorough—answering all of our questions and making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and warmth stood out, especially after having an unpleasant experience touring another property beforehand. At The Sinclair Residences, we truly felt at home. The atmosphere, the team, and the overall experience made our decision easy. This is where my husband and I will be signing our lease, and we couldn’t be more excited! The residence is also absolutely breathtaking!! And the amenities are all so luxurious! Plus there is a pilates reformer machine, a gym that is equipped for a D1 athlete, shower suites, a sauna, a steam room, etc. it truly doesn’t get better than thr Sinclair!!!

Moved in last week and loving it. Amenities are great and usually I have them to myself. Building is quiet, and staff is super friendly. I also want to highlight the incredible support I received from Micky, the Resident Services Manager. She was always available to answer my questions and provided personalized assistance every step of the way. Her dedication made my experience truly exceptional!
