I purchased a condo for investment purposes from the Shelton. Although a very nice property I was trying to decide between this location and another that did not have an HOA associated with it. The major selling point to the Shelton was they had a long term renter of the condo whom never wanted to leave (supposedly). Renter had a death in the family and gave notice prior to closing. Shelton and its selling agent were aware and knew this would have canceled me purchasing the condo for investment purposes and hid this fact from me and I only found out after the closing occurred. Beware of Fraud if purchasing condo there !!

Very good , and very interesting Hotel, I think you really like it. Good location not far from deep ellum.
