If I could give this place and management 0 stars I would. We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and everything has went downhill from the date of move-in until now. Where do I start, the leasing office is a joke. Always closed, unprofessional, rude, never get anything fixed. Took them over a week just to give us a checklist to list all the things there are broke or not working at all. We have been there over two weeks and still have not been given a mail key. Today, the leasing agent who has been VERY UNPROFESSIONAL through out this whole process told me she don’t know when we will get a mail key. We have important mail being forwarded to our new addresss and we cannot even get a mail key let alone get things fixed that were not working the day we moved on. Paying for two bath apartment but cannot use one restroom because nothing works. We are now forced to hire a plumber and electrician to pay out of pocket in order to have things working properly. I will be taking this to management of not the city regarding these type of living conditions management is ignoring. We have two kids and they can’t even share a bathroom. I will make sure this is properly documented. So if you are planning on renting here, RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!

Worst place to deliver to when you actually can't see the building number and some buildings doesn't have the number on them, they need to cut all the trees that are covering the building numbers ASAP

8 Years of Neglect—Don't be fooled by the fake ratings After eight years here, I am counting down the days until my lease ends. The management is completely unaccountable and dismissive. My latest frustration: a window was broken, and despite confirming a repair time with maintenance, the office staff—who were incredibly rude and unprofessional—tried to force a different time and then blamed maintenance when it fell through. I was forced to leave work early to meet the repair person because the office staff refused to assist and instead gave me a major attitude. The property is consistently filthy with trash everywhere, and security is a major concern with constant trespassing. I have previously dealt with unaddressed mold that caused me medical issues, and the empty promises from regional management were endless. Do not be fooled by the high star ratings; these are padded reviews used to hide the reality. This is a poorly managed, uncaring property, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

⚠️🚨 I am a current resident and feel obligated to warn people. Contractors here have sprayed chemicals that sent me to the hospital twice, leaving me with major medical bills and zero accountability from management. On top of that, I have had a broken window for weeks caused by teenagers from the property behind us throwing baseballs. I was told twice it would be fixed — it never happened on either day promised. Instead, they showed up unannounced while I was at the hospital and my wife was at work. She had to leave early because of our dog, and they made it clear that was the only time they could do it — leaving her no choice. When I went to the office to address it, the staff member Melanie was scrolling through her personal phone, offered no apology, and immediately shifted blame to maintenance. No accountability, no concern — she made it obvious she did not want to be there. When she called my wife that morning there was no greeting, no professionalism — just “maintenance is here.” New management took over and never even sent an email introducing themselves. Communication and accountability do not exist here. The residents are an afterthought. Do not move here.
