Many problems with bad neighbors, strong smell of marijuana; today they didn't notify us and remodeled the apartment next door, and my daughter almost choked on the fumes. They are not going to repair the damage to my apartment.

I used to be a tenant here at this complex from June 1995 to July of 2000. Many great memories and a great convenient location. It was called Rosemeade Apartments and then changed to The Pointe at Timberglen. Great price for the location.

I AM VERY MUCH HAPPY TO LIVE HERE. My roomate and I came up to tour the facilities and Mercy was out first point of contact. She is patient with us and all of our many questions and has been working hard to make sure we got our perfect home. She was very fast with the application process and is always very very sweet. It feels very much good to know that she cares about our needs and we hope she stays here for a long time. I have never been much happier with customer service. The management is making a brand new dog park, grill area and kids playground! We look forward to many more years of living here at this beautiful property. She deserves a 10 star review and much more!
