I moved in on September 30, 2025, and our apartment was not ready at all to move in. I am still waiting for them to do the floors. Peel and stick floors that are bubbling up all through the apartment except the master bathroom, because it has the wood that Bruno and Antonio says should be all thru the apartment, but the work orders have been deleted and the floors are worse. The tub needed to be resurfaced. Antonio, cleaned it and someone came back later and spray painted it, paint comes up every time you bathe. The elevator in building 7 has been broken since Christmas. Ms. Tiffany said, they're waiting on parts to repair it. This is a senior living property. I was told that I'm paying 30% tax credit, but Ms. Dolores told me at the time of move in that the apartment goes for $1440 a month. So, by their calculations I know that I am not paying 30%. We were asked to come in and sign some tax credit documents, but was asked by Ms. Tiffany not to date them and that part I absolutely don't understand.

Management could be better. Maintenance requests are not handled in a timely manner. We have one good maintenance man. The other is slow. The manager needs to be nicer to the employees and the residents. I think she should be replaced. The Ass't Manager is nice, but I think she might be uneasy about working here. She is very quite. The Leasing Manager is wonderful. She is always smiling, nice to residents and remembers your name! I love my apartment. It fits me. I plan to stay as long as I can. The best thing we have here is the Activity Director. She offers so much to the residents. Some residents take advantage, some do not. I only go and participate in events the Activity Director plans. She is so good and is very kind to all the residents. I would hate to see her leave her job. I think management could be a lot nicer to her!

My apartment is inside is very nice. But the maintenance on the elevator could be better and the surrounding area is always a mess .The elevator in building 15 smells like uriane for the last week. If maintenance would mop it on a regular basis it would help .

I’ve lived here now for three years and honestly I don’t have any issues. Maintenance is great. They’re friendly, courteous, knowledgeable of the work at hand, and responsive in a timely manner. We have a new office staff that I’m getting to know. They’ve been here for about five months and already I’ve been made to feel like we’re family. Delores, our new Leasing Agent, no matter what day of the week or time of day I walk into the office, she’s always greeting me with a warm and inviting smile and welcome. She’s always willing to answer any questions I have. Ms. Yasmin, our new Manager, is also wonderful. Since she has been here, she has had our pool open with hours convenient for the residents not just for the staff. She has reopened and refurbished our workout space as well as our theatre room. She’s currently working on getting the computer room set up, and our gate functioning. A BIG plus being that the time that I have been here they’ve never worked. Yasmin works diligently to bring new functions to get the residents involved and she’s open to any suggestions from the residents on activities that we might want to do. I’m truly grateful and appreciative of her efforts to make this place better. With the way things are going now and if they stop raising the rent, I think I would consider The Positano Senior Living Apartments to be my “Forever Home.”
