The Milo Apartments

I want to document my experience living here, hoping that someone in charge will take action. It's been over a month since I reported through the app that the air conditioning isn't cooling. I also went to the office in person, and they told me that an external company handles it, but they didn't know when they could come. I understand that they work with third parties, but it's unreasonable not to give any date after such a long wait. When I asked for a response because the heat is keeping my family and me awake, instead of receiving help, they told me not to come back to the office, and they were disrespectful. Expressing a basic need and the problem with my apartment shouldn't be considered disrespectful. Furthermore, they recently left a notice at the office asking people to pick up parking stickers. When my husband went to get them, they told him that they hadn't put up the notice and that it had nothing to do with management. I also requested a copy of my contract and the necessary information to vacate the apartment properly and without any issues a week ago. They told me they would send it by mail, but to this day I haven't received anything. Another outstanding issue arose after a fire next door, when the firefighters damaged the security grille on the door. They told us they would repair it, but they never did. In the end, we had to fix it ourselves, and even now, the door is still damaged and weak; it could easily break with a single push. The purpose of this comment is not to argue, but to ask for help and for someone in charge to look into what's happening. At this point, I'm no longer seeking repairs; I just need the information necessary to leave before the lease expires, due to the accumulation of problems. I believe these apartments do not offer the attention, security, or basic services they should provide to their residents.

This place has cockroaches and rats Plus I came for my down payment which I had to pick up in person but nobody was in office when I emailed. Just overall poor service

The worst part is there are cockroaches and mice. They don't have pest control, there's dampness, they only show you a model apartment and make you believe that's what the apartment you'll be renting will be like so you'll sign a contract with them, but the day they give you the keys turns out the apartment they give you is horrible and dirty. The air conditioning barely cools, the refrigerator doesn't work in the lower part, and the pipes are clogged. And at the office, they don't care; they don't listen to you, they just tell you that you have to comply with the lease agreement. I really advise against signing a contract here; you'll only ruin your credit. And despite all the bad service and hygiene, they make you pay for things arbitrarily that aren't in your lease agreement.
