I love living at the Metropolitan, it reminds me of my years in NYC! To live here and love it you have to understand the dynamics of being in downtown Dallas. It can be challenging, but they are doing great work with DDI and the Green Team, and the Civic Garden Park looks amazing. Many thanks to our Board and Management & Staff, as there have been several changes in 2025. I appreciate each and everyone of you!

Moved here from the burbs 3 years ago and have never looked back!! The amenities, the location, the mix of residents, the management, the views, etc. All are great! The HOA dues are very reasonable when you consider how low the utilities are thanks to negotiated pricing by the HOA.

Bought here in 2013 and so glad I did! Beautiful property, clean and well maintained amenities, responsive management, active board, caring community. Best value for buying in the downtown core.
