This is a beautiful, beautiful venue. Everything was well organized, beautiful rooms. Everything went as planned however, it was freaking freaking freaking cold. They had the thermostat set to 64°. 64° !!!!!! If you ever think of hosting an event here make sure you tell all of your guests to wear triple layers. I could not wait for the event to be over so that I could go back outside. And this was in November. Why the hell is the thermostat set at 64° in November. This is the first negative review that I have ever given on Google. Congratulations Mason.

I’ve heard many good things about The Mason and the hype is real. Kyle, Laycie, and the team were so great to work with and made my wedding unforgettable. This venue is the perfect size for a wedding of 100 guests - spacious yet intimate. It’s so beautifully furnished inside that we brought minimal outside decorations for the wedding. My bridesmaids and I enjoyed the bridal suite in the basement! It was the perfect spot to store all of our belongings during the chaos of photoshoots and location changes. There were very thoughtful details, such as a dress steamer and coffee machine! A few things to note: 1.) The stairs leading to the basement/bridal suite are very steep so extra time and care should be taken when using these. 2.) The Mason is located in a developing area of Dallas. Although I felt safe when visiting, I highly recommend hiding valuables and ensuring that you locked your car. Most of my guests used a rideshare service. Ultimately, The Mason is an incredibly unique wedding venue and I can’t think of anywhere else to have my wedding!

The Mason is a gorgeous wedding venue, located here in Dallas, we have always had a fantastic experience shooting here as well as communicating with Kyle and the rest of the staff. The building has so much character and charm and is a perfect backdrop for your event.

My husband and I got married at The Mason this April after absolutely falling in love with the space from our first tour. The beauty of this venue cannot be understated; it provided the romantic setting of our dreams. I really appreciated the huge bridal suite that comes set up with lighted mirrors, steamers, and a nespresso machine. The groom’s room is likewise a stunning space where my husband and his groomsmen got to enjoy the day leasing up to the wedding. The Mason team also gifted us with a bottle of champagne the day of to enjoy with my bridal party. As a multi-story venue, they have a great team who handles flipping the rooms and preparing them for each event. Our only issue was that the elevator went out the week of our event and they were not able to fix it in time for the wedding. This caused one of our guests, who was recovering from surgery, to leave the event before the reception. After our event I discussed this with Kyle and he was very responsive, attentive, and accommodating to our disappointment and did offer us some compensation which we greatly appreciated. I think given the age of the building and the elevator, it would be best to prepare for the possibility that there may not be an elevator for your event. Aside from this issue, the Mason was magical. In my opinion it is the most beautiful venue in Dallas.

My husband and I had our wedding at The Mason and we couldn't recommend it more! For my wedding, I wanted something that had vintage character, was effortlessly romantic, and had an ethereal elegance to it. The Mason covered all of those bases! Regarding the management, Kyle and his team were always so kind and helpful, ready to answer any questions or lend a helping hand at any point. I am truly so thankful to have worked with such a wonderful team at The Mason! It was a dream come true.
