The Mark

This is one of the best managed and well maintained apartment complex in Dallas. The property is always clean, they have the best valet trash service, the staff are friendly and helpful. It’s extremely safe and every door to get inside the building requires a key. There is large area of guest parking and close parking to the doors in the garage. The residents are friendly and respectful! Overall a 5 start living experience!

While moving out yesterday a man stole my backpack next to our front door around 8:40am. I followed him to get his unit number to report the incident to management/security. Surprisingly I found out that the unit he entered was vacant! It's concerning that someone was able to enter a vacant unit so easily, and that the management team was unaware until I had reported the robbery yesterday morning! This is not our first time dealing with crime while living at the Mark. In April 2024, my fiancés car was broken into from the gated parking garage. We’ve also had 2 packages stolen from our front door around that time. After those incidents, the mark team installed more cameras, and hired a security company... which has been great until yesterday’s robbery/ squatting situation! Positives: The units are very nice, and reasonably priced! We really enjoyed our space, and It was super clean when we moved in. The management team is super friendly and have always helped us out if we had any issues! The janitors do a great job cleaning up the property but sadly other residents make the communal areas dirty. Just yesterday someone dropped fried chicken in the hallway floor and didn’t clean it up…. I personally would never do something like this, and it’s disappointing to live with others who disrespect this property on the daily! (Especially some of the dog owners) Overall our experience living here would be amazing if it wasn’t for the continued safety issues and disrespectful residents/dog owners. I want to reiterate that the new security team has helped, but after yesterdays incident it is clear that additional safety measures need to be made!

I’ve had a great experience living at The Mark at Midtown Park so far! The move-in process was smooth and easy, and the team — especially Teresa — was super helpful from the beginning. She went out of her way to help me find a floor plan that perfectly fit what I needed. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Amenities are nice, parking is convenient, and everything has been working great since move-in. Overall, I really appreciate how professional and friendly the staff have been. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice apartment in a good location!!

Great first impression! I recently moved into The Mark at Midtown Park, and I’ve had such a positive experience so far. The apartment is clean, quiet, and feels really comfortable. The move-in process was easy and well-organized, and the staff made me feel very welcome. Teresa Maldonado has been super nice and helpful — she answered all my questions and made everything smooth. I’m really happy with my new home and excited for my time living here!

Upon first visiting this property, I was immediately impressed. The entire community was spotless — from the common areas to the grounds, everything was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. Even the air had a welcoming, pleasant scent when walking in. This property is spotless and so well taken care of — the common areas are always clean and welcoming. What really makes it stand out is the staff. Every team member I met was friendly, professional, and always smiling, which made me feel right at home. A special thank you to Teresa M. who was absolutely amazing. She was patient, professional, quick to respond to every single correspondence(email, walk in, phone calls), and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!
