The Locale Apartments

I was denied at the very end of the leasing process based solely on my credit report, despite having over 10 years of positive rental history. I was invited to come in to sign the lease, only to be denied after investing time, money, and making plans to move. Credit screening should be completed before scheduling lease signings, not after applicants have been led to believe they are approved. This experience felt unprofessional, misleading, and completely avoidable with proper communication upfront. I would strongly advise future applicants to confirm final approval in writing before proceeding.

I had a great experience living at Kade. Maintenance is very responsive and consistently completes requests in a timely manner. The gym and other amenities are always clean, and it’s easy to get in contact with the leasing office when needed. Unfortunately, there is a noticeable homelessness issue in the surrounding area. I would recommend this community to anyone new to Dallas, as it’s conveniently located near many bars and restaurants.

Please Beware. This was my very first apartment when I moved to Dallas, and the experience truly changed me in the worst way. I’ve never felt so unsafe or unsupported in my life. The area was constantly filled with homeless individuals wandering around, the gates were always left open, and the property was dirty — trash everywhere and roaches becoming a normal part of daily life. But the worst part was in 2023, when my apartment was broken into while I was still inside. It was one of the most terrifying moments I’ve ever lived through. Instead of receiving compassion or help, the property manager at the time, Bianca, was cold, rude, and completely dismissive of what happened to me. I felt alone and unprotected in a place that was supposed to be my home. If you are thinking about moving here, please keep searching. No one deserves to go through what I did. This place left me traumatized, and I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. ( I have videos but it won’t allow me to post them.)

Kade has amazing apartments at very good rates Alexia took care of me the whole process she was very attentive and caring , she always replied any questions and helped me find the best apartment for my budget definetely the best. Great choise i did living here. Place is great and amazing staff. Thank you so much Alexia!

I've lived here for over a year and am very happy with my choice. The apartment is spacious, gets great natural light, and the layout is modern. The location is perfect, with easy access to a park, grocery stores, and public transport. The management staff is professional and quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a practical and comfortable home."
