I moved into the Lennox one month ago and absolutely love the property. I was able to rent one of the newly renovated units, which was so beautifully decorated that I immediately asked for the unit. The staff are accommodating and always willing to assist when needed. There was even an instance when my furniture was being delivered to the wrong side of the building, and the assistant ran across the building, tracking them down on my behalf while I was away. Talk about above and beyond! Last, the location is unbeatable with the trail nearby and restaurants and shops downstairs.

I wanted to leave this review because I think it’s important to share a balanced and honest experience. When we first looked into Lennox at West Village, we were admittedly a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews we had read. That said, I would strongly encourage anyone in the same position to take the time to speak with management directly before making a decision. Rebecca and Beth were incredibly kind, patient, and transparent with us. They took time out of their day to walk us through our concerns and give us a much better understanding of why some of the reviews may be lower. They never dismissed our questions and were very open about the realities of the property, which we really appreciated. Rebecca, in particular, stood out. She was extremely communicative, sending videos via text of the specific apartments we were interested in, and did a great job of relating to us rather than just trying to sell. It felt like a genuine conversation instead of a sales pitch, which made the experience feel much more comfortable and trustworthy. On top of that, the newly renovated model units genuinely blew me away! While we ultimately chose another apartment for unrelated reasons, Lennox at West Village was absolutely at the top of our list, and our positive experience with management played a huge role in that. If you’re on the fence because of reviews, I highly recommend having a conversation with the team here. Our experience with Rebecca and Beth was nothing but positive, and they truly made us feel supported throughout the process.

Don’t disregard the many 1 star reviews! We saw the bad reviews and still signed our lease thinking “what’s the worst that could happen?”. Not hearing a peep from the leasing office leading up to our move in date should have been the first sign. The updated units are beautiful, but you can tell they were rushed. Noise and mess that comes with all of the ongoing construction is unbearable. Open vent holes in all of the hallways with exposed metal and wiring hanging from them, dust everywhere. Drilling, hammering and lord knows what else coming from above and below your unit starting at 7 AM every single day. Mail “room” is constantly full of packages just sitting on the floor. Wi-Fi that the apartment requires you to pay for is constantly not working. Leasing office staff is incompetent and useless when needed. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the maintenance staff is incredibly quick and attentive

Worst experience I’ve ever had with property management. Especially Myra. Apartment location and apartment itself is great until you need any kind of assistance- then good luck. You have to follow up multiple times and even then have to go downstairs to escalate anything and then maybe something will get done. I’m not one to ever trash a business in the reviews but I wish someone had warned me how awful the management at the Lennox is. For the cost, better to look at other apartments in the area that have better pools and gyms anyways for a lower cost than the Lennox. Oh and don’t even get me started with the constant fire alarms.

My roommate and I just moved in, and so far everything has been fantastic! The location is great, the apartment is beautiful, and the price is very reasonable. Carolina has been absolutely amazing to work with. Even though she’s new, she was very knowledgeable, incredibly communicative, and made the entire process easy. She worked perfectly around our schedule and went above and beyond to help us. She truly deserves more than 5 stars!
