I'm sorry that posting a negative review on here is what it took for Nora to FINALLY get in contact with us. Attached are my emails indicating a notice to vacate as well as multiple follow ups. Be aware, this is the best way to get a response from management at Windsor. But thank you for FINALLY adjusting our lease. Also...Sam and Hana are the absolute best thing in this building. We will miss them ❤️.

I recently toured The Jordan by Windsor and was extremely disappointed, especially considering the premium rates they charge. The building is located in Uptown Dallas, where most other high-rises offer valet parking yet The Jordan does not. To make matters worse, the gate to the parking garage was broken during my visit. Inside, the condition of the building was concerning. The hallway carpets were dirty and stained, and the overall appearance felt neglected. The amenities are old, outdated, and poorly maintained several items were broken or torn. The pool area looks worn down, with dated seating and grills that appear to have seen better days. The gym is also extremely old and needs a full update. This community also doesn’t host any resident events, which is disappointing compared to other properties in the area that actively engage their tenants. It’s clear that management is not investing in this property. Every time I’ve seen a management company ignore ongoing maintenance issues concerning the appearance of the building and consistent complaints about updating it’s usually a sign they’re preparing to sell the building. From my understanding, The Jordan doesn’t even have on-site daily management and it shows. Any building charging $2,300+ for a one-bedroom should offer top-tier amenities, but The Jordan simply doesn’t deliver. Many reviews have highlighted the same issues for months, yet nothing seems to change. I’ve toured other Windsor communities that are beautiful and well-maintained, but The Jordan feels like the forgotten property in their portfolio. It’s unfortunate, because the building has potential but until Windsor truly invests in it and its residents, it won’t be competitive with other Uptown properties charging similar rent. If you want more bang for you buck go to another property.

Concierge team and maintenance team are definitely the highlights. They are truly the one thing that’s kept us here for 5 years. Unfortunately corporate must just not care about the building or the residents themselves as there is nearly always one elevator broken (we only have two), the garage door is constantly broken, and the “amenities” have gone downhill since we’ve been living here. This, combined with the fact they continuously raise the rents of residents who have been here for years, while offering discounted rates to new tenants unaware of the issues just to get the locked into a contract has made us decide to finally leave after 5 years. Multiple management teams have have come and went, making promises of bringing the building back to its “glory days”, but nothing ever gets fixed permanently, the amenities remain mediocre if offered at all, and the prices keep going up. If you have a high budget and low expectations then this is the place for you!

The concierge makes the Jordan a great place to live. Hana and Sam are very personable, professional, hospitable, and go above and beyond for the residents. Highly recommend.

Attention MUST READ! So sad that I have to write this review but I have to share so that no other residents deal with the same issues. 1. In case you do not know, there was a dead man found in the dumpster trash chute in Feb. 2024, look it up! When we signed our lease, they never disclosed that information. 2. A master key was given to a couple who wanted to lease our unit. However, we had not moved out yet and the couple was given a master key to our unit in which they entered our apartment!!!!, we have the footage. We expressed our concern to management and all they did was give us the run-around and were not truthful with us at all! This is a direct violation of the lease agreement! 3. Do not bother to clean your apartment when you move out as they will still charge you a cleaning fee! We left our unit SPOTLESS and still we were charged. But funny how when we moved in, they did not clean our apartment, the floors were dirty, tape all over the apartment, kitchen cabinets greasy, broken parts in refrigerator, light fixture broken and even poop left behind by the previous tent, etc. 4. When you move out, make sure you make copies of all move out forms (forwarding address) and get a signature on all paperwork. We had moved out of the GlassHouse prior; they had our forwarding address which was another Windsor community, and they sent us to collections! Their accounting department must be ran by toddlers. Don’t bother with this property, you will have many, many issues! The only good thing was the concierge team Sam and Hannah. These two are absolutely amazing! Very attentive and always willing to help with anything. Without them, this place is just a cheap wannabe high end property.
