Lived here for two years. Best apartment complex I’ve lived in by far. Maintenance was top notch, and the office would always answer the phones. Location is great as well. Would recommend.

Wonderful place to live. Clean, maintained well, everyone I’ve worked with from leasing to maintenance have been very helpful, and they do their best to resolve issues quickly. I’ve had a wonderful year here & not to mention the walkability within Bishop Arts District will have you outside. If you’re looking for your first apartment or for something chill, this is a good spot. I never felt unsafe either. Now parking does suck when you drive in after 5pm. I haven’t had to park on the street, yet, but that’s also another story since we’re in a popular area. Outside of parking and not minding not having amenities it’s been great!

I've been living at Bishop Central 9 months and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The location is amazing, maintenance is amazing and super nice, it's quiet, it's clean, and I've thoroughly enjoyed living here. No place is perfect but I honestly enjoyed living here more than the sky tower I lived in and payed double the rent for. It's a smaller place but it's maintained well and management is quick to resolve issues we are having. No complaints, would highly recommend!

DO NOT SIGN HERE if you’re more than one person looking for a place in this area, save yourself the headache. I work very late on weekends and come home to this every single time. They have this asinine “1 vehicle per unit” rule that they DID NOT TELL US ABOUT UNTIL WE’D ALREADY MOVED IN! They had multiple chances to tell us about this, and they didn’t. The excuse was “I didn’t know it was going to be more than one person living here”…I’ve just dealt with it up until now, but I’ve had ENOUGH! We both filled and sent in the applications. The application asked about BOTH of our vehicles. They could’ve said something then. There’s is NO MENTION in the lease we signed. It does mention you receive a garage access card PER PERSON but the parking sticker that is not mentioned in the lease is supposedly one per unit. Why do we need two garage passes if we only get 1 sticker? And why are the 2 access passes in writing but the sticker that controls if you get towed or not is not in any writing? Had we known about this, we would’ve never signed here. This is a HIGHLY popular bar/club area and people who don’t live here come in and take up all the street spots, leaving people who live here without space to park. If you park in the garage they threaten to tow you because it’s “one parking pass per unit”. We shouldn’t have to compete with non-residents for “guest” parking spaces that aren’t labeled as guest spaces but we are expected to be able to use as an excuse for not providing garage space, especially when there’s so many spots open in the garage. I lived here for 14 months and had a great experience. The building was clean and well-maintained, unit was in great condition with new finishes, maintenance was always quick and helpful, and the area is fantastic. Would highly recommend this complex to anybody looking to live in the Dallas area--it's a quick drive to uptown/downtown with multiple highways close to provide plenty of ways to avoid traffic. Thanks for everything Bishop Central!
