The Herschel

The Herschel is hands down one of the best places to live in Dallas. Although not peak luxury, the location and walkability, community, and especially the management team, are what set The Herschel apart. Luke in the office is always friendly and attentive. Mari keeps the building looking spotless, while Bobby the maint. man runs things smoothly, responding efficiently to requests. Thank you Herschel Team!!

I've lived here a few years now and I have to say, it's a hidden little gem. It hits my top priorities of very quiet, safe, and decent quality. The staff have been great. Chris, Luke, Mari, and especially Bobby really makes this place. They're friendly and helpful. I really can't see myself living anywhere else. It's close to Klyde Warren Park but also far enough away that it still feels residential. I like that it's on the edge of Highland Park and near to Knox, which makes it easy to pop over to restaurants and shops. I also like that it's a smaller building, so I either know or recognize most of the residents. Another big plus is no amenity fee! I don't like paying for extras, especially when I don't really use them that much. Another benefit is no parking fee! It's becoming harder and harder to find that these days. If you're looking for the best based on price, location, staff, and quality this place is for you.

We’ve been living at The Herschel since August this year, and it has truly been a wonderful experience. We hope to call it home for many more years to come. I’d especially like to give a shout-out to Bobby, the maintenance manager, he’s invaluable, always prompt, efficient, and completes every job with a smile and banter. Mary, the housekeeper, consistently does outstanding work and brightens the space with her smile. Luke in the leasing office is such a gem of a person and deserves special recognition. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout the move-in process and genuinely cares about residents. He has such a positive presence. Chris and Luke also do a fantastic job ensuring the community is well maintained and runs smoothly. Everyone in this community is incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall, The Herschel is a great place to live, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommend!
