Great place to live at. Nice and luxurious at an affordable price. Smack dab in the middle of everything, grocery stores, restaurants, tire shop, gas stations. Everything you need all in the area. Shannon took care of the whole process for me and was great and so nice! Thank you again!

Management is super sweet and friendly especially Randy! Every time we’ve communicated, he’s been helpful and professional. The amenities are nice and overall the property is well-kept. However, there are a few inconveniences worth noting. Only one building has an elevator, so if you live in the other, it’s all stairs and walking up three flights every day (especially with groceries) can be a real struggle. My unit was in Building 2, and when it rained, I had to walk across the garage and ended up soaking wet since the elevator is in Building 1. Parking for visitors is also a challenge. There’s no dedicated guest parking, and my guests often had to wait around 30 minutes for a spot. On top of that, you have to pay $12 per visit after the seventh guest pass. It’s only 1 floor level for guest parking which is not enough in my opinion.

I recently toured the Bluffs at Midway Hollow, and I have to say it was such a great experience from start to finish! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers so many great features, but what really stood out to me was the leasing agent, From the moment I arrived, Jose Miranda made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer every question I had. I never once felt rushed, and they really took the time to explain all the details about the apartments, amenities, and leasing options. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people find the right home, not just filling units. If you’re considering Bluffs at Midway Hollow, I highly recommend scheduling a tour and asking for Jose Miranda. He truly made the difference for me!

We moved from another apartment complex on NW Hwy and Hwy 75 and couldn't be more pleased. The amenities are wonderful with the two pools, gym, and "hang out areas." Shannon was absolutely the best when it comes to customer service. She helped us pick the perfect apartment layout, communicated every step of the process, and made our move-in a breeze.

We moved here from a less than pleasant experience at our last apartment and have not been disappointed once since. Management and Shannon in the front office are kind, welcoming, and helpful. Maintenance is on the ball and responds quickly to any issues. Security keeps the pool quiet after hours as well which was an issue at our last residence. Constant cleaning of the complex and the landscape crew keeps the property neatly trimmed and tidy. Both pools are well maintained too. We have zero complaints!
