The Gateway Apartments

Nice community but stellar office staff! Specifically, Bryson M. has been patient and helpful with my move in process. He communicated well and was helpful in resolving any issues presented. I had to deal with a few other apartments in the area and this staff was by far the best! The apartment community is clean, maintenance comes promptly, and the neighborhood is close to Deep Ellum but not too noisy. Also, location is walking distance to grocery store and tons of restaurants and bars.

Been here a little over 4 months and honestly the best management and staffed apartment complex i’ve ever experienced! Management and maintenance personnel are fast and attentive. I had the privilege to speak with Bryson today and was happily helped and informed by him. Best apartments i’ve lived in so far!!!

Just moved in and it’s been great! Had an issue with the washer and it was fixed immediately! The apartment community seems very quiet and it’s affordable. My apartment is nice and cozy! Good decision has been made! Kennedy was a pleasure to work with, she was always professional and responsive to my many questions!!

My vehicle was missing from the parking lot, which was a very stressful experience. After visiting the office, it was determined that my car had been towed. I retrieved my vehicle from the towing facility and subsequently spoke with Don, the manager of the complex. Don was understanding, professional, and promptly addressed the issue. He took the necessary steps to resolve the matter and ensured that safeguards are in place to prevent this from occurring again in the future. Although the situation began as a negative experience, Don’s responsiveness and professionalism significantly improved the outcome. Thank you, Don, for your assistance and support.

So today I get my keys to my new unit at Gateway East of the art District Tru has been a great person really on top of everything. The Office is always on time and if you put a request in for maintenance, they’re there within a day or even the same day and I’ve been here for 15 months and now I’m moving to a bigger unit which is very nice. Never had a problem with bugs or insects in the apartment. Never had a problem with flooding which in my last apartment was horrible. I signed up for another 16 months just because this place is great 24 hours security Towing is enforced, And again Tru has been on every email with the response within an hour if not less that is very unusual for a property manager to do at any property. My oldest son actually found the apartments he’s already renewed his lease way before mine. He moved in three months before I did about a year and a half ago and he loves it as well. They make it a point to know you know your needs overall 100% happy here we are not going anywhere and the price is super affordable for the area. Thank you again
