The security at this complex will make you so uncomfortable . There is one particular patrolman that harasses everyone. He will harass your Lyft driver, the delivery people, even family members. I’ve heard many residents and non-residents complain about his unprofessional behavior all the way from Lyft drivers to your family and friends who attempt to visit. He will hound you about who you are coming to visit , will ask questions about why you do you have access to the ButterflyXM app if you use it to open the door even though it’s not his business he abuses power. He is very demanding even with the uber drivers forcing them to move their vehicles for no reason making it hard to even request a ride. My Lyft driver even told me every time he picks up at this complex this same patrolman bothers him. My friends neighbor has the same issues with him she told me how he harassed her sons who came to visit only because they used the app to open the door and he tried to insinuate that they do not live there and should not have acccess to the app which is completely out of line. He’s not hard to miss he is old with gray dreadlocks and walks with a limp. Try to avoid this man anytime coming here

I work in property management and called to obtain an email address to send a rental verification form for a prospective resident at my property. The individual who answered the phone, Kyla or Kyler, was extremely unprofessional from the moment the call began until it ended. She answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, appeared distracted, and spoke very quickly while providing the email address, making it difficult to understand. When I informed her that the call was breaking up and that I could not hear clearly, she raised her voice instead of slowing down or clarifying. When I asked for her name, she initially refused to provide it and stated that her name was “Eryn.” After asking again, she eventually provided her name and immediately disconnected the call. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a property that markets itself as a luxury community. I will be escalating this matter to corporate management.

On the third floor, I had the worst neighbor. After my first 5 months, I was consistently smelling cigarettes to the point I would be dizzy. But this is a no smoking building and nothing was done about it. I called the security supervisor whom confirmed it was him next door. I investigated to realize he’s the only one on the hall that does smoke. Dominique and Erin never cared always finding ways to accommodate him when he's the problem. I began sleeping in the living room and noticed he never sleeps because he goes in and out, different men all night long, one knocked on my door looking for him, that's dangerous, loud noise and singing, and then the dog barks ALL DAY LONG! Omg, like living next to a psych ward. At 3:30 a.m. every morning he cooks, this one morning my daughter and I were woke by the smoke, coughing and eyes red. Swear to god, I walked to my door to find him fanning his door back and forth. After months of reporting him to Dominque and Erin stop they responding to my complaint emails. We’ll eventually it rubbed off on security working here at that time, because after a few months of calling them to witness it they all pretend or lie as if they came on the floor and say “ I don’t smell nothing”. They told me it was nothing they can do but report it to management, which is how I know management told them o don’t worry about it. One security guy knocked on my door and I always called private and never gave my apartment number out said, “ yes the odor is definitely something and the odor hit when he opened the door”. So what happened to this security guy cause after I reported a honest witness to management I NEVER saw him again. New Odors start coming soon after, rotten, one burned my face in contact on the hall then came into my unit for two weeks, then a poop smell up until I moved 04/30/2024. I dealt with it days at a time nothing got rid of it. The food he cooked spelled horrible too. The worst part, I kept seeing BLOOD trails down the hall to the trash chute or just on my hall. I wondered why is he bleeding random like this. Then, one day I got a letter about a medical condition, it was his and I won't say, but I became paranoid. He was contaminating the halls and door handles! Of course it was reported, and even so nothing was done, haha you still think you have good management. Then I noticed a brown liquid substance around the trash chute handle for 3 months, nobody or maintenance thought “ let me remove this” and it looked very similar to something not safe. All the cigarette buds with it to on the floor, I said o yea this not right. Shortly after I saw it again but this time dripping off the knob. Then Dominique had maintenance to hurry and clean it, ha. I saw him vomit on the hall I won’t post it, and left it there 1 day, I reported it and Dominique, she had him to clean it, really. Do you see this is unsanitary situation and management should’ve been put him out? What really did it, bugs started in my daughter’s bathroom next to his apartment, after sending them to the agricultural department it was a saw tooth beetle and German cockroach. Now management act as if they didn’t know what it was. I called the pest control manager and he confirmed it. Guess who else had both, you got it, him. A week prior I got excited thinking YES GOD IS HE’S LEAVING, his clothes were in the hall for days needed to be in the farthest dumpster. He wasn’t leaving but rather trying to figure out his pest situation. Pest control said when he went over there he had them and the only problem is he has to want treatment. I haven’t said nothing here I can’t prove. Horrible management, they love lunchtime, and don’t need to eat nothing else for a year, not the residents. I will choose carefully next time because my daughter has asthma and I’m traumatized from this experience, but paying only $21 to $112 monthly, may ease the burden. I attached a little to not gross u out.
