The Fountains Apartments

Love this apartment complex. The price is reasonable for the location and area it is at. It's close to Downtown, shopping malls and other attractions. It's quiet at night, which is great. Safe and peaceful environment. It has a lot of big trees and green. The management team is really helpful, professional and responsive. Shout out to maintenance team, always quick and efficient. They respond to the request and get it done nicely every time.

We were here installing a new countertop and some tile, for one of my secondary businesses and this Apartment Complex is cute quiet it looks clean obviously it’s been around a while but everything just looks mature and beautiful because of it. They maintain it well, the apartment that we were in had been completely renovated and was beautiful inside.

My fiancé and I stayed here for about 2 years. Michael and his team made it the best experience for us. 100% would rent again and 100% recommend. Bar none, best rental we’ve had so far.

Please be aware!!! We moved out in May of 2024 and we have yet to receive our refund from the deposit. When reaching out to the property manager, who I’ve not had any issues with until now, she billed me for the wrong unit and said I wouldn’t be receiving anything. After looking over photos, it was clear that wasn’t damage for our apartment. We also lived there for 3 years and was being billed for normal wear and tear which is illegal in Texas. We did come to an agreement, and I was supposed to receive a refund of 160.05 after the agreed charges were made. We have not received anything at all and it is now December . Not to mention we have called several times for weeks and no response. We moved due to a roach infestation that was not treated or brought up to us. Apparently one of the buildings had an infestation, and instead of them being proactive and treating each building, they didn’t inform the residents. We lived with roaches for a 1.5 years and we had to leave! The building is old and dated, and not worth the break ins. Someone actually came upstairs to my patio and stole shoes and my son’s bike…. Which tells you the gate is not a solution 😒 my car was stolen from the complex!

2 years running and I've loved everything about living in this hidden gem. Maintenance is quick, the front office does so many fun activities, and I've never felt safer as a single woman. It's a small community, and not a lot of noise. It's been pleasant living here.
