As a current resident of The Dylan Apartments, I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of Property Manager Mr. Michael Williams and Leasing Agent Mrs. Jennifer Ramirez. Since interacting with this team, my experience as a resident has been extremely positive. Mr. Williams demonstrates strong leadership, professionalism, and genuine care for the community. He is attentive, responsive, and consistently ensures that concerns are handled efficiently and respectfully. It’s clear that he takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and well-managed property. Mrs. Ramirez has also been a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist residents with patience and professionalism. Whether answering questions, providing updates, or offering support, she consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel valued and heard. Together, they create a supportive and well-organized environment that truly enhances the resident experience. Their dedication, communication, and commitment to excellent service do not go unnoticed. I truly appreciate the hard work and effort they put into making this community a great place to live. I lived at The Dylan for a little over a year and enjoyed the townhome unit itself. While I was a tenant, the on-site staff was manageable, and the former property manager, Ashley, was great. Since she is no longer there, my experience has gone downhill significantly. It has now been approximately 90 days since I moved out, and I have received no move-out reconciliation, no deposit return, and no meaningful follow-up from Greystar or The Dylan. The only response I’ve received is confirmation that they have my current mailing address. Beyond that, I’ve been given the runaround. I was told—twice—that someone would check on it and call me back, which never happened. During my lease, I dealt with multiple maintenance issues that required repeated work orders and delays just to make the unit livable. While that was frustrating, the complete lack of communication after moving out is worse. It’s clear that once you are no longer a tenant, your concerns are no longer a priority. If you value timely communication, accountability, and not having to chase management for basic obligations like your security deposit, this may not be the place for you.
