⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living at 555 Ross Apartments for 7 months now, and I can confidently say it has been a fantastic experience! The community is wonderful, but what truly sets this place apart is the leasing office team. Melissa, Marie, and Adrian have been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They always go above and beyond to assist with any questions or requests I have. From the moment I moved in, they made me feel welcome and supported. Their professionalism and friendliness create a warm atmosphere that makes living here a pleasure. I highly recommend 555 Ross Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home. I like living here. The location is great! This community is located on a quiet street with a small neighborhood feel to it, while being right in the middle of everything. The property is well maintained. It's right across from a public park with everything that comes with living close to a public space, but the city employees are attentive to that space, so that there aren't any issues. There are plenty of options for food, drink and entertainment within walking distance. My neighbors seem nice. We all have dogs, but I don't hear anyone's dog unless I step outside of my apartment. The management team are friendly, helpful and recognize you and say hello when out in the neighborhood. I'm glad I chose this property.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been at this community for two months now, and it’s truly been such a great experience with Greystar. From the very beginning, Adrian has been amazing — he’s professional, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have. He really made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team is just as friendly and welcoming, and they always make sure the property feels safe and well taken care of. I’m so happy I chose to call this place home!

I had a fantastic experience with Adrian, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and personable throughout the entire leasing process. Their expertise made everything smooth and stress-free. Melissa is always so helpful whenever I email/call and informative! My apartment is so lovely, the size and location in downtown Dallas is amazing! The rooftop pool and view, perfect!! Community is always clean, every morning you see the maintenance staff doing the grounds and very friendly!
