The Dahlia

For the past 3 months, I’ve received extremely high water bills 200$ up to 400$ water bills. Management has tried to “help” but in reality only care about what’s best for the complex. On top of the water bills every month is an extra reason for another bill I had my electricity shut off by the company and they want me to pay for using theirs! When I never shut off my electricity I pay my bills every month ! Problem after problem with this apartments Response: 1/4/26 the issue is not you all not answering even though that is an isssue yes! But my extremely high water bill is the issue!

I move to this community 2022 and after the new management came in, the office manager and leasing agent have been helpful and always prompt to getting even maintenance done in a timely manner matter. I am happy to say I renewed today. Gracias por todo.

I had the pleasure of touring with Jackie yesterday and she was absolutely amazing! She was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about the property. I lived at The Dahlia for some time until I purchased my home, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I’m honestly surprised by the mixed reviews. The property is very nice for the area, well-kept, and has a nice pool. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to other places in the area. What really made my time there special was the property manager, Jackie Canales. She is the absolute best, professional, attentive, and always so kind. Jackie truly goes above and beyond for the residents, and it shows. I’m grateful for the time I spent living at The Dahlia and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place with outstanding management.
