I’ve really loved living at The Crosby and I’m honestly sad to leave. The building is always super clean and well taken care of — you can tell management really stays on top of things. The amenities are great and actually make a difference day to day, especially the co worker space and Amazon lockers. The property is pretty secure with security always on call and a secure garage. The leasing staff is also amazing — friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you need anything. Overall, it’s been a great experience and I’d definitely recommend living here!

I’ve lived at The Crosby for 3 years and have really enjoyed my time here. It’s a friendly community with nice amenities, and the maintenance team is always timely and helpful. The property is kept clean, and I’ve never had any issues with car break-ins while living here. I haven’t had many issues overall—my only reason for leaving is that I need a bigger space.

I have been a resident here for 5 years and this new management team is not it. The property is unkept and none of them seem to care. I reported the emergency door in my floor being broken and not closing on 10/17/2025 to the office email and nothing has been done. I then reported using the resident portal as a maintenance request, they marked as completed and the door is still broke. I went to speak with the manager Wilmer about the issue, he give me an excuse that the parts cost $600 and that he had order them, but the door until this day (12/10/2025) is still broken and not closing. There is another door in my floor that connects to the garage, also broken and also reported on 10/17/2025. They fix it and it broke again within two days and right now (12/10/2025) is broken. Like I told the manager we do not live in the safest area to have these issues with the building doors. Unrelated but related issue, my washer stopped working, I made the report and usually maintenance comes quickly. Well it was day 4 and maintenance had not come. I went to the office to follow up on it and the lady with the red short hair, what an ugly attitude she has. I have never been treated like that by a staff in here until that day. We need to have Gaby and the old management team back. Because since they left everything has gone downhill. I am more than likely not renewing my lease again because I am tired of the property management not caring. They stay on point doing resident events, but lack to take care of the important things. The main reason I made this new review is to see if they finally fix these doors!

Huge shoutout to Giulian Rivera for helping me with my A5 transfer—he made the whole process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Super professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with everything. Couldn’t have asked for a better leasing consultant! Also, The Crosby has been a great place to live. The apartment rates are solid, and the maintenance team is top-tier—every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve resolved it the same day. Highly recommend! I didn't wanna post a picture of my apartment so here's a pic of the rooftop of The Crosby. Great views.

The management team at the Crosby is ON TOP of it!!! They communicate resident events, work orders, and community updates like no other community I’ve been at. Since I’ve moved in they have provided immediate service and actually care about our quality experience. Like any community, you’ll have disrespectful neighbors that maybe don’t care about the trash they leave on the ground or falls out of their car, but without fail I always see the porter every weekday morning picking up trash throughout the garage and community. I have loved everything about the management and my stay so far, I am so excited to renew my lease!
