⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been here a month and I honestly love living here. The apartment itself feels so modern and cozy at the same time, with plenty of space and really nice finishes. Everything just feels fresh and high-quality. The staff is super friendly and always quick to help with anything, which makes such a difference. I would highly recommend working with Maya, she has been the absolute best with assisting me throughout the process. The location is also nice — close to everything I love such as downtown and bishop arts district, but still peaceful when I come home. It really does feel like the best of both worlds. I’m so glad I chose this place — it definitely feels like home.

I absolutely love living here and highly recommend leasing with Gloria—she made my entire move-in process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. That said, I do have one gripe. When I signed my lease, I had a beautiful skyline view of downtown one of the main reasons I chose this apartment. Unfortunately, due to construction by the leasing company, my view has now been significantly blocked. While I still enjoy living here, I feel the loss of that view affects the value I’m getting for my rent, especially since it was a big selling point for me. Overall, I still think this is a great place to live and that Gloria is amazing but I hope the management considers how changes like this impact residents who chose their unit for specific features.
