The Caleb Apartments

There are constant gunshots here. I deeply regret renting a house here. When I wanted to cancel the contract, they told me I had to pay two months' rent, which is not right. I regret coming here. Anyone considering renting a house here should think carefully.

These apartments are greedy. They continue raising the rent without making any real improvements to the property. The tow truck constantly patrols the complex and will try to tow your vehicle before you even have a chance to register it online or reach the resident you’re visiting to verify your information. Maintenance takes forever to respond, and repairs are often delayed. The entry doors are frequently malfunctioning, and the security cameras don’t even work. The dog park is always dirty because residents don’t clean up after their pets, and management doesn’t enforce fines or hold anyone accountable. Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your time moving here.

Please avoid this apartment complex at all costs they never have a clue what’s going on with your rent payments because they use a third party system and expect u to mail in your rent payments and pay late fees if you’ve already sent it prior to the charges. They are Hardly ever in the office to answer your calls and barely answer their emails. They have the nerve to process evictions quicker than processing your payments and maintenance requests! My only option to pay rent should not be through the mail! And they always make small remarks about u not communicating when you constantly getting sent to voicemail tryna making sure you don’t get put out for MAILING YOUR RENT AND THE THIRD PARTY NOT PROCESSING IT WHEN IT ARRIVES! we live in a Modern Day world where I can track my rent to make sure it successfully gets delivered and you just choose not to!

I just wanted to take a moment to say how grateful I am for my apartment community. They recently hosted a Thanksgiving turkey drive for the residents, and I was lucky enough to be one of the winners. The bundle they put together was incredibly thoughtful — not just the turkey, but all the extra items that made the holiday feel even more special. It honestly meant a lot. It showed that the staff truly cares about the people who live here and goes out of their way to make us feel supported. Little things like this create a sense of community, and it reminded me why I love living here. Thank you to the management team for the kindness, generosity, and for always looking out for your residents. This was a beautiful gesture and greatly appreciated! -2114

Sorry professionalism down the whole chain of command leasing office . JUNE 25 ,2025 police was called on me due to my request for a copy of my renewal lease ,which is illegal. The property have too much damages that they dont dislocated any info to u as an tenant of the properties. I dont recommend nobody to live here , it might be your worst experience for renting.
